It's now 2025 and I bought a new 24 HLE off the lot with 13 miles on it for $10k off stickler, or $62k. Carvana is offering me $58k, so off the lot I lost $4k. If I paid $7500 ADM and sticker I would be at a $20k+ loss already. I feel the HLE will hold value better than a standard mass produced Bronco but they will not be immune from depreciation. I expect in 2 years these will be going for much less than today, used. My guess is that in two years if I have 25k miles on the HLE Carvana (if still in business) would offer me around $38-$45k which would be up to a $22k loss in 2 years. Yea, these will not hold their big values as they are vehicles. I was going to get a 2025 base model SAS but the local dealer wanted $52k for it. Ouch. I also feel the 2 doors will hold better as they are much more rare and seeing as you can't even get a 2 door 6 cylinder for 2026 (I believe this is correct), makes them even more rare.
