It turns off “connected vehicle” features that are using battery power constantly while trying to communicate via the cellular modem or WiFi. It happens on mine after two weeks without starting/driving and is meant to prevent a dead battery. That’s how much these new Broncos are communicating with the Ford mothership regardless of your chosen data sharing and connectivity settings.

I experienced the same problems as you. If the Bronco sits for a week or more you’re really rolling the dice pressing that start button.

Yep , the check engine lights are intermittent so they can’t troubleshoot it unless the check engine lights are active . That’s what the dealer tells me .
That's a lie. It's possible for a vehicle to retain and store "codes" without the check engine light being present. For the most part, the "silent codes" tend to be non-critical, but they are there. A quality Scanner (that is updated) can scan and find codes that are either currently present or that may have been flagged in the past (whether or not the check engine light is on, was on, or is intermittent).
They were able to bring up all the codes plus they’re on my FordPass too . Perhaps they don’t or can’t spend the time on it , idk . Changing dealerships is another challenge , the next closest one for me is about 200 miles away (I’m in Alaska ) .
Oh man, I feel for you. That has to be frustrating, especially if you need to drive the unreliable vehicle that kind of distance. I wish I could offer better advice.. I hope the situation works out for you.
