I think it's when it switches to another carrier. My understanding is they all start off with CSX but depending on the final destination it will switch. Mine switched from CSX to BNSF in Illinois. I was able to continue to track with CSX even after it switched to BNSF.Any idea what does “offered to foreign carrier” mean from CSX?
Mine no longer seems to be trackable with CSX as at the end it says No ETA. Would ford help desk be providing new carrier details?I think it's when it switches to another carrier. Does it give a location or who the new carrier is? I would think it's either Union Pacific or BNSF. I know once mine was switched to BNSF I did not get an ETA. It doesn’t give any details beyond No ETA. Will check with fordDoes it give a location or who the new carrier is? I would think it's either Union Pacific or BNSF. I know once mine was switched to BNSF I did not get an ETA. You can try Ford chat.

When did yours ship?Mine also did the same today. will be curious to see what you find out.
it shipped on 9/4. the CSX tracking had been very weird. kept saying it was going to Chicago(I am in AZ) and that time has long past and now says no eta available with a last location of Gibson Indiana. My friend is the new car sales manager at the dealership so may reach out to him. When did yours ship?
This is normal as mine shipped 8/31 and then switch to BNSF from CSX on 9/5 in Illionois. From that point forward it does not give you an ETA and will tell you the last station it departed from. I would use this map for BNSF to get an idea where it was going.it shipped on 9/4. the CSX tracking had been very weird. kept saying it was going to Chicago(I am in AZ) and that time has long past and now says no eta available with a last location of Gibson Indiana. Mine has been exactly same. I started hating Gibson IN due to that lolit shipped on 9/4. the CSX tracking had been very weird. kept saying it was going to Chicago(I am in AZ) and that time has long past and now says no eta available with a last location of Gibson Indiana. I tracked my progress on a spreadsheet and made well over 30 calls. I think my wife is happy that this process is almost over as I am sure she is sick of hearing where the train is multiple times a day.Mine has been exactly same. I started hating Gibson IN due to that lol
I also have a vin, window sticker, tear tag, modules popped, but received the generic "we understand it has been too long since you last heard from us" email on 9/8 saying mine was supposed to be built the week of 8/28 but supply chain issues causing delays.Yep, tear tag, vin #, modules popped, etc
Ford chat said my car should be trackable with the same rail car number until end of rail journey. Currently in Blue Island ILMine also did the same today. will be curious to see what you find out.
