That’s Jacksonville.
Now that I have shipped status, my window sticker says Ramp One RP28. How do I go about tracking it again? Sorry, I tried to find it in our thread, but we’ve all been chatty lol
You need to get the dealer or Support Chat to give you the railcar number

I had the best luck via Ford Chat. Then depending on which carrier has it you can call the number in the tracking thread. Now that mine has reached the railyard in NC I have no idea how to track it on the convoy. It’s been ground only status since lunchtime yesterday.
Sometimes when it gets delivered to the dealer, you can catch the tracker go backwards again.

@CACTUS_GRAY_WT My EGreen WT is also on rail to Nashville. Our Southern IL delivery has rail delivery there. We're probably on the same train.
I called today. I'm on railcar TTGX693572 .
I didn't understand clearly what the status was from the phone call. It stated that it was "placed in industry" and sounded like it was in Nashville TN on 8/19 at 7:20AM. Then is stated there was no ETA.
So for anyone .... does that mean it arrived this morning at 7:20AM at the railyard?
When I chatted with Ford support earlier today to get the rail car, they gave me an ETA of 9/6 to 9/12 which makes it sound like it's still at the plant!

Placed at Industry means it is still in the railcar, but said car is at the destination lot.

Awesome news. Thanks @Papa Smurf . My dealer told me to be aware that a transport from that location 3 hours NW could be a week in the making. We shall see. Can't wait to see people posting photos. I bet there will be several surprises in the wonky transit logistics.

this is the Norfolk southern rail lines
mine departed Bluefield WV at 9:58 p.m. , about 15 minutes ago. Raleigh is the destination.
Only 3 more terminals until Winston Salem, NC and I think it gets on a truck from there.
Fun. I have called every evening to see where it’s at. That’s sad to type.

Now My vin doesn't exist......???
Mine was showing the same thing a little while ago. Think it was just a glitch with the tracker. It’s working for me now.
