Whoa whoa whoa ... you had to place your Heritage order after 10/21 in order to qualify for the private offer on the Heritage??? No where was this said and if there's a memo from 8/15/2023 that nullifies anything earlier is complete bullshit!!!! I'm a 9/29/2022 reorder and if I lose my private offer because of this crap I'm going to go fucking ballistic!

@Zach@Granger @Granger Ford is this true? No where, absolutely no where was this stated back in September '22 when we switched our orders with you.

@FordVideoGuy was this a "dealer meeting" thing from Vegas? Have you had issues with applying the private offer to your HE orders pre 10/21/22?

It was not. I will do some research with all the memos (that I keep records of) and see what I can find out.

No way that's correct. I originally ordered in Dec "21." Switched my order to a Heritage on 9/26/22 after my original order was pushed to 2023. I received my private offer certificate for $2595. It clearly shows in Smart Vincent. They're trying to say he received the offer but can't use it on his Heritage because he switched his order before 10/21. I call bullsh*t on that one. Show me the memo.

It doesn't? The first clearly states the standard Heritage is eligible and the amount varies depending on what you had on order prior. In the first one they were calling it price protection but it is indeed the private offer because it's the only one that is dependent on what you had on order prior.

The second one that does call it a private offer states you can change your order and still receive the offer. Well, the only way then to get a Heritage was to convert an existing unscheduled order over since it was only available to existing order holders and the banks were closed to anyone else.

Well, it looks like I might not get to order what I want. My dealer said he can't change my 23 order until Ford stops scheduling them, and I'm sure that by then it will be too late. I called another dealer and I'm trying to get a 24 ordered through him. If that works out then I guess I'm ok, but i'm feeling like I'll be sans-Bronco for another year (I sold my Everglades because I wanted to save up for a Heritage)

Try another dealer. My dealer finally got back to me and he said I’m the highest priority of 2 HEs they have, but that’s for MY23. He was supposed to put in an order for a MY24 and I don’t think he has. I have another dealer that I have been talking to that put in a MY24 and I got the email from Ford so who knows. Try and cover all your bases. The dealer unplaced the MY24 through has a HEL coming in with $3k ADM. If I were at a different point in life I may have gone for it.

It left Garret Indiana this morning to parts unknown with no ETA, hopefully on it's way to Omaha! Hopefully soon gang, I don't think I can take much more of this fun!

I did, that was the one that said there would be ADM and no MSRP. Another dealer said system won’t let them place an order for HEs.

Same here, the dealer who in the past sold at invoice to a group now wants ADM for HE 2024 order !!!!!
