Need help. Just got the call today from Granger vehicle is ready. The sales person states no private offer on Heritage. I believe others have said simply a system glitch. Any other Heritge Granger owners? He said none were applicable. Who should he call at Ford for those that got it worker out?

Are they not seeing the PO or is it not letting them apply it? I think it still all boils down to the COVP but Granger should know how to do this or worse case get you a check afterwards. I've already budgeted for the extra money at purchase expecting this but it's ridiculous that people have been getting delivered for over a month now and it's still happening!

@Zach@Granger can you please speak to this? I know a few more of us are coming down the pipeline and I know for one that I don't want to go thru this. Thanks!

Picked up yesterday and love it!!! NIICCCEE CAR!! tons of comments!! Rides super nice! the monual gears are LONG was going 90 in 4th gear no problem. haha gotta learn the manual a bit, the clutch is super easy, also has three pieces removable from top, Fred hadnt seen before but there is a piece in the back part of roof that is removable too!! anyway im super happy and glad i waited, a little sticker shock but oh well!! YOLO !!!

Looks great! Can't wait to get mine!

Zach was able to see my certificate. But since mine hasn't arrived, I can't say whether it can be applied. But I got the same info from Ford Marketing as well.

Are they giving you any credit for price protection? Between PO and PP that could total up to about $5 or $6k of savings. In addition you are paying xtra tax on the excessive amount.

My dealership was told by their Ford Representative that PP was not available for the HE. Which I know is not true because I believe someone in this thread who’ve taken delivery has gotten both discounts.

That is definitely not true. But, doesn't mean they don't want it to be. The PP goes right into their pockets and they know it.

Had a very good update on the Private offer today. I took delivery on August 4, and despite all of my efforts ahead of time with calls to Ford Marketing, Bronco Specialists, Ford COVP HQ, and even an email to COVP HQ at the 11th hour, etc. the dealer was not able to apply the cert at time of purchase, they tried, they showed me the screenshot of the errors. I was resigned to never seeing that money.

On August 10 Ford COVP emailed out of the blue asking for my COVP Tracking number. That was something my dealer did give me when I was trying everything under the sun to make it work, so I replied with the number. The next day they replied "Confirming we may now claim 38644 for VIN 1FMEE4DP8PLAXXXXX for 3220.00". Really? Now?

Well, dealer tried again to claim and sent Ford COVP HQ screenshots of the resulting errors. Yesterday COVP HQ replied saying they were still working on it. Today, another email at 11:45 AM "Confirming you should now be able to claim 38644. Please let us know if you have any issues."

Dealer called me 5 minutes later and said he wanted to see if it would work with me on the phone, so he confirmed the address I would want the check sent to in the event this actually worked. A few seconds later all I heard was, "It worked".

There should now be a check somewhere in the queue with my name on it. Dealer confirmed it was setup to mail directly to my address.

Here is to hoping they finally fixed "The Glitch" and all HE owners get the money due to them.

I’m uneasy about my MY23 order doing anything to keep a spot for a MY24 order. I never got an order confirmation and the sales manager I’m working with is off today where I’m placing the MY24 order. So I decided to ping the dealership that I got my Basesquatch from just to check there. They have changed ownership. I asked about any allocations for standard HEs and they came back and said all Heritages will be sold at a premium with mark up. Standard HE included. Wow.

Yes!!! If you were from back then you should have gotten a private offer and price protection ... several $$$$. Look over this:
