Something like, “You’re vehicle has been built and is awaiting transportation at Michigan assembly plant”

Actually had it correct lol. I also asked chat about certificates, in case I could get lucky. No dice. Gotta call marketing, but I already did that.

For anyone who ends up with a Norfolk Southern railcar, this is the speed-dial entry that I've found works quite well. After each entry, the system uses the # key to move to the next prompt. Replace the [ABCD] with the first 4 alphabet letters of the car, and then [######] with the 6 numbers following the letters. After all the stuff is entered, it takes about 10 seconds for the prompting to give the railcar tracking information.

New here, ordered a Wildtrak with a blend date of 7/20 and has been in production since then and the tracker has also not updated since then lol, hoping to get a built or shipped status soon

tracker is kinda poop, the best way for comms is the chat and call marketing

Like was recommended. Try the Ford chat at the minimum. They'll give you a lot more info than the tracker.

Finally updated as built today. Talked with Ford Marketing this afternoon, no dice on the certificate/s. My Bronco has been released for shipping with an estimated arrival at my dealer of 8/13-8.19
Build week 7/24 blend date 7/28. Updated to built on 8/11...but tracker shows built 8/10.

Still in production... it will move but I half expect it to get to the dealer, miss the 8 day window and have it sold out from under me before I get an update... Also I just want it on a rail car before the month ends and the strike starts.

It changed to Order Confirmed on 8/2 it stayed in Wayne, MI until 8/4.

Dear, We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your Bronco Wildtrak™ order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of July 24, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty

Why does this happen? I watched a dealer order that was placed after 3/27/23, I think it said 3/29/23 order date, get built, and arrive at the same dealer. The same build as mine but had a modular bumper.

Well this moring I had check marks all the way to built. Tonight this is what I see:

It arrived yesterday at 1:30am. It's sitting at the railyard waiting to be transported to the dealership.
