I see what you’re talking about, and I wouldn’t be happy either, but it actually shouldn’t be an issue once you get the sensors in the same orientation as they came out. The sensors don’t look like they’re clocked in the right orientation. All plugs should be horizontally aligned, with the 2 inner sensors the plugs on the inside and the 2 outer sensors the plugs on the outside. I took a pic when I removed them and also marked their placement/orientation. The sensors grommets are also marked on the bottom for their position, like “FOL”, “FIL” etc.

I had no issues with my sensors once they were connected.

Yeah I'm not worried about the sensors and believe me when I'm done with it their will be no problems. I more remisce over the fact I paid $1300 for a bumper that I need to rework. Like I said I love the design just thought for that price It should be assembled better is all I should not have to invest so much of my time making it right.

Matt and his guys are 25 mins from me and I can assure you that there are no Highschool interns working there. Now I’m not saying that there isn’t someone new there being how the job market is and the price of everything (especially in Sarasota county) I’ve only ever dealt with Matt and Tyler, and though I had to wait a long time to get my rear swing out bumper I don’t regret the purchase. You all are also installing the bumpers yourselves since you’re not local but I left that to them and will do the same for the front bumper as well.

Installing myself has absolutely nothing to do with how the end plates were welded in the ends of the bumper and if you look at the pictures they are not symmetrical at all. All the work that I am redoing on the bumper was done by them not me.

I wasnt suggesting it was your fault in anyway shape or form. I was saying that they would have to fix it in house for me, obviously that isn’t a luxury you have. Honestly I’m impressed with your work, I can’t weld shit

Well Thank you sir. When I am done I will post pictures of finished product. Hopefully it is before the snow flies as with most the rest of life dictates time I have to work on this.

Can confirm. Mine are way out, but I'm not at all handy so I gotta live with it.

It is way out of place because every other part is super well done on my bumper, so it absolutely was a new guy doing this specific part

Like I mentioned, aside from that. Its on point and its clear 98% of the work on here was done by someone damn good... But yeah the end caps are a bit gnarly. Mine will get beat on, but those looking for pure cosmetics might be a tad more sensitive to the optics

So I got the sensor tabs out today and made a new template and I discovered it is not the sensor tabs it is actually the bottom bar that is off so super disappointed.
