Yes thank you I got it yesterday but I have not had a chance to lay eyes on it yet it went to my friends shop where I do my painting

Test fit bumper tonight definitely need some trimming, also not sure if I should go with three or 5 lights in the front but two more lights is like $600

Recheck the sequence of how you tightened the bolts per what I posted. Leave everything loose and make sure you have plenty of slack in the top T bracket that slides under the top frame bolt before tightening. It took me multiple attempts and shifting/pushing/pulling it around a bit before I got it to fit right with the sequence I posted.

Looks good though! I like the 3 KC lights! Are you putting anything in the wings?

what are ya'll doing with the winch solenoid? relocate or notch the bumper? a Warn EVO 10 won't fit

Yes I will be putting two 3inch rounds with high and low beam and 4 2" cubes

After I cut out the end plates and redo them as the were not welded in symmetrically and the one sensor actually rubs on the lower pipe on the passemger side and the welds look less than ideal. personally I love the design of the bumper but the build quality is not great. I will have an additional 40 hrs in this bumper by the time I'm done

I am going to tig weld the plates in so the welds look good

That sucks!
I what both bumpers they have was hoping bolt on and go but it's not looking like a weekend project.

Sure first the before but after some grinding to rid the ugly welds

The first and fourth pictures are of the drivers side as you can hopefully see is the plate is flush to the bottom and I have clearance all the way around the sensor the second and third picture are of the passenger side the bottom sticks out quite far and the sensor hits the pipe on the bottom
