I've not had any luck getting chat to give a specific date only a range. Can you post the link to the Chat you use?

Go down to chat, it says for sync and something issues but just tell them you want delivery date. First time I've used them, typically call the Bronco CS at 1-800-334-4375 but didn't feel like talking to anyone, haha.

I took a chance and got my rate last year locked in through Navy Federal and I literally took delivery the day before it expired because it took 2 months from *built date* to arrival at the dealer 3 hours from MAP. If you can get a 60 day rate lock go for it probably ok.

Okay, here is the message I received from Ford Corporate about how to help with missing private offers:

This is the information I have been provided on missing Bronco MY Transition Private Offers. If you are missing certificates from the following BRONCO programs, you will now have to reach out to COVP PHQ for them. They will collect the order information from you and generate the certificate.

Program numbers: 38644, 32002, 32004, 32006

You will call 1-800-732-1138 or email [email protected]

Pass this information along to your dealers. I will cover it this week as well on my livestream. Everyone trying this, keep us posted on the success of this process.

You should pass it along to your dealer. This would be for anyone who SHOULD receive it but are not seeing the offer in SmartVincent and those that are seeing the offer when they pull available offers but when they enter their vin (Heritage Edition) the offer won't populate to use in SmartVincent. In both situations, dealers have been struggling to get any answers. They need to go directly to COVP PHQ, their reps can't help them.

Thanks, that's the same one I use but they only ever tell me they only see a range which is 7/30-8/5 not specific date

This is the best news I’ve heard and so happy for you!
My salesman with Bob Utter Ford called me today and told me there is no price protection on the heritage edition. I originally had a Wildtrack reservation on 11/20 and then switch to the HE when it was available. They are claiming that Ford told them that since I change to an HE in 2022 that I forfeited my price protection. Mine is expected to arrive second week of August so hopefully it will get straightened out by then. When I called Ford marketing, there was no certificate number for my Bronco yet and they will be reaching out to my dealership. I don’t know exactly who my sales manager talked to from Ford, but there seems to be a lot of miscommunication/confusion going on between Ford and my Dealership.
I also ordered my HE through Bob Utter Ford. I was working with Ivan. He told me there was no price protection and also could not locate my private offer certificate. They do not seem very interested in helping me either, they know they have a sale. Pretty disappointing. I did reach out to Ford corporate office and have someone in the executive office trying to track down my private offer. I am an original reservatipn holder from July 2020.

That's not good. You should have a private offer and your price should be locked in from your 23MY order price. Ford will reimburse them.

Just keep on them, none of this costs them anything but it might mean they have to put in the work to make it happen, which I agree, some dealers don't care to do when they know they can make more by not.

Remember the good guys next time, lots of actual dealers on the site that provide us good information and follow thru on their word.

I'm looking for recommendations for exterior lighting (spot) to go on top of the Bronco. No bar lighting or anything to large and overwhelming.
