The dealer had me complete a form upon purchase which was sent to Ford. The check come directly from Ford. To be exact North American Sales Accounting.

Was the check in the amount of your Private Offer, Price Protection, or a total for both? Also, what was the form you completed at time of purchase? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks.

In the amount of the private offer. The price protection was deducted from the MSRP at the time of purchase. I'm not aware of the name of the form I filled out. Sorry! I'm 2/3, that's great in baseball batting terms.

In the amount of the private offer. The price protection was deducted from the MSRP at the time of purchase. I'm not aware of the name of the form I filled out. Sorry! I'm 2/3, that's great in baseball batting terms.

Thanks for the info tough! I am in the same situation of trying to find contacts at Ford and get it straightened out so I can pick up my Bronco on Monday. Nothing is in Smart Vincent and Ford shows nothing. Dealer was told to resubmit COVP (already done previously). He also emailed the Ford rep for the region with the history.

The dealer was told Ford will reimburse them for PP from only from the time I switched trims to HE from Black Diamond (10/22). Not from when I placed the order in February 2022 (and COVP to MY23). No private offer showing as well.

Anyone have another number I can call Monday morning at Ford besides the Bronco Support Team?

@FordVideoGuy any suggestions?

I did mine today. Fusion amp and Kicker 6.75" sub. It was pretty simple. Took a drive afterwards and it's quite a noticeable difference. I have a pair of Infinity speakers for the dash, but I'm waiting on ebay connectors with bass blockers for those.

While I was messing with Forscan I turned off double honk and turned on bambi mode.

They're right on price protection, it's only on the '23 price increases from whenever you had on order which in your case is an HE.

The private offer covers the time prior to '23 so look on the chart for whatever Feb '22 is.

Using me as example, July '20 reservation for BD and ordered each year until HE came out. Even though I was 99d I get whatever the amount was for a BD to cover all the increases up until '23 when I moved it over to an HE and then the price protection covers the '23 increases.

The flowchart is pretty good to show you what both are.

Quick question, if you have the factory sub can you use the Bronco amp and upgrade to the kicker sub? I'm really not much of an audiophile but do want to upgrade the rear speakers to 6.5 and a sub upgrade would be good too.

This is helpful. Thanks. So I will concentrate my efforts on getting a private offer certificate as well. Dealer said they would do price protection as you described.

That should work just fine. It's more or less what we're doing with the Fusion amp.

I would have the dealer try their Sales and Inventory Specialist.

So on the tracker I'm still showing "In production" since 7/21, modules have popped, have tear tag, spoke with CS last week and they said delivery around 8/20 and chat today said 8/23 ... do I dare arrange for my loan? want to lock in on lower interest rate before Feds bump it up again.

I've not had any luck getting chat to give a specific date only a range. Can you post the link to the Chat you use?
