Brad ... this was just for the private offer cert correct? Not for actually getting it applied at purchase time correct?

I have my PO in the system, chat and Granger have verified it multiple times ($3325 from previous '21 BD order), what I'm worried is getting it applied when I go to pick up.

The dealer felt more comfortable after speaking with the Ford rep. Hopefully that means things will go smoothly at pickup.

I picked mine up yesterday. Prior to heading to Chapman I called Ford Marketing a 3rd time. This time they put me on hold and called the dealership to tell them they should contact the "Dealer Facing Dept" b/c they show certificate is available and should be applied. Dealer was aware, but still awaiting Ford's response. The dealer did say there's no rush to get cert paperwork submitted (ex 30 days post delivery).

Took the fronts off tonight for a quick evening drive. It's a fun truck. Almost makes me forget about ALL of Ford's mistakes along this journey...Almost

Did they give you DORA price instead of current sticker?

I called Ford Marketing. Their system revealed a secondary category “Produced.”

Estimated Delivery: 8/22 to 8/28 to Kearny Mesa Ford in San Diego.

I have a question, I ordered my HEL last year right when they became available (sep-22 I think) and I have my order number, what I ordered, put down a deposit and Ford has confirmed it via chat and I also got the 45 day email thing from Ford.

I don't have a VIN yet and when I ask my sales guy he says they can't get any info, but tons of you all have on your HEL's.

Is my sales guy just lazy or does he just not know how to get all the information that your sales guys have provided to you? I'm starting to get frustrated with the lack of any info.

In general, you couldn’t order one. They were only going to a dealer order which means they could allocate it to you but I don’t think you have an order in your name with covp. Seems odd though if you got the e-mail. The e-mail says HEL?

I called the Bronco Marketing line yesterday and they said that my order has been looked at twice in the last month and that’s usually a good sign. Not really feeling optimistic about the prospects of my HE actually getting built. All the continued price hikes doesn’t make me too hyped if I have to reorder for MY24.

When the heritages first became available, there was a glitch(oversight?) I which ford forgot to disallow dealers from selecting HELs in the customer order system.

I think it took them about a week to realize what they did and tell everyone "our bad, but you're not getting those."

Someone earlier said the 2 and 4 door bags were flipped for part number but my bag looks pretty long and the instructions show for a 2 door. Anyone have the exact dimensions on the 2 door top side glass and I'll verify it fits or not.

Edit - I measured my bag and it's correct for the 2 door with the part number above.

Yeah, the pricing just doesn't make sense for the 2 vs 4 door, but sense doesn't matter once you verify fitment. I haven't done a search yet, but the window sizing between mod and mic should be close enough to verify the bags are the correct size.
