I waited for awhile to see how stuff played out on the tune mods. Ordered ProCal 4 Calibration just now Lethal Performance Order # 100309398 . Dealership said to just swing by and they would handle the install whenever it comes in. SWEET. I choose expedited shipping. Two more weeks to the Mexican 1000!!! STOKED.

Good to hear. I'm going to give mine a go tomorrow. I see a step in the instructions that make it sound like you need to be connected to wifi so your OEM tune can be saved to Ford Performance servers. Did you have to do that or can it be uploaded later when I have internet access. I don't have wifi in my garage.

I did follow the instructions that are on the FPP site and all seems to be good - I printed out the 5 pages and followed each step as stated. The download and saving of your stock file comes at your laptop/PC not in the Bronco

The transmission shifts WAY better now!
My butt-o-meter can feel the difference.

I have a question: I have 37's on. When I went to change tires and gear, it came up with its own revolution, and said I had 4.46 gears. It did not allow me to change anything. So did it auto update, or went back to the stock size for the tires ?

It does not. The top speed limit isn't changed with the Ford Performance cal.

So I have a 2.7. If I load this tune can I get all the benefits besides power (transmission feel, no auto start/stop, smoothness, etc) while still running 87 octane? I know the base tune adjusts based on fuel type.

All of those other features are still available regardless of what octane you use. With that said we do recommend running premium fuel to get the full benefits of what the calibration has to offer.

I do too but stations down here be chargin' $1/gallon more sometimes for Premium. I miss the days where it was $.10 between grades.

Did anyone notice how much more boost the FP tune runs over stock? I’d imagine it’s only a couple pounds and not too much change in timing seeing how it’s a relatively small gain.

For the HOSS 3.0 steering rack, not for the suspension. I’ve read that they need to be programmed if changing from a HOSS 1.0 rack.
