I just finished my install and took some work and mods for Sure. One frame bracket on outside passenger I had to drill out a hole as it was a few mm too far back and couldnt get the bolt through straight.

After a lot of shifting while I was snugging everything, I found the sequence. Get all the bolt in loosely, then tighten in this order...basicly bottom/inside to top/outside:

Do the radiator bolts on top of the frame last!

I can measure later today. But I know that they used the element cannon pods In the promo pics. I think they are 3” round lights.
the Morimoto 4 bangers didn’t fit comfortable.
so I’m waiting for my 1 bangers to arrive today.

The Element Cannons are 3.5” each. I bought 3 sets of Diode Dynamics SS3’s which are 3.3” and they work barely. Outside ones the lens frame rests in front of and on the lower bar of the wing. If I slide the light bracket on top of the light tab, vs below, that gives a couple mm to spare. I’ll take pics when I mount them.

Camera mod, camera extension, so I didn’t have to undo all the wiring, and washer extension.

3 ft. of Camera Cable and you can get sprayer hose from AutoZone, in the back. I bought 3ft, but probably only need 1.5-2’ if you redo the connections and use the OEM line also.

I had to notch the bottom of the camera bracket, then zip tied the wire and hose together on the backside to secure. You’ll have to cut out the bumper camera hole. I started from the inside and cut a section out of the bottom of the square welded support, then shapes with a dremel like a key hole. I didn’t snag a pic of this…

You’ll have to cut the ends of the Intercooler top mounts to fit inside the frame brackets . Also remove the shroud.

My finished ACC bracket, which works like a champ…

I didn’t like just using the rubber grommets for the parking sensors, and the sensors could easily slide out. Holes are too big for the OEM clips by themselves. You can make the OEM clips fit inside the rubber grommets if you shave ridges on the outside and use a bit of lubricant. These would have looked MUCH nicer if they had cut the holes slightly smaller and so you could just use the OEM clips only. They don't look as clean and stick out more than necessary with these rubber grommets.

Fitment before snugging bolts, which was really good:

After tightening, with the sequence mentioned... This was the best I could get. Still a little close on the passenger side, but everything is shifted over as much as possible. The passenger side brackets just seemed to fit more snug than the driver’s, and the passenger wing is probably a couple mm from touching my KBD flares. Still, nothing is touching or rubbing and I feel there’s enough room for some flex. I prefer the room before tightening, but it will do...

Now to tighten the radiator support bolts on top of the frame. I didn’t have the packer spacers in my bag of bolts, which ARB uses in their video. Those would be hard to put on as you would have to remove the bolt and it is super tight. A spacer appears to be needed so that tightening doesn’t try to pull those top T-brackets backer further, and the bumper closer to the body. So I had some shims on hand and used these…

Thanks. I have HOSS 3.0, front was at 40' to fender well edge before. Bumper and winch should be ~170 lbs. I'll measure in a bit, but doesn't seem to have sagged much...maybe .5"... The back sagged much more with the LOD bumper/carrier, dropped 1", the rear springs are much squishier...

I'll confirm and update.

Missed answering the "how long"... Toooo long! I had to work on the ACC bracket and modding for the camera sprayer, then touching up the paint, took hours... I'm not a machine shop. Again, If I had known to expect the mods, I wouldn't have ordered with powder coating...wasted $$.

Actual install, probably 18-20 hrs just by myself... I also have a bit of OCD and very meticulous. I took a lot of extra steps and precautions given the experience of @Marcorvette. I also had to start the install, pull the grill and camera, cutout for the camera sprayer, run extensions, prime/paint, etc. Before I mounted the winch I did a test fit of everything with the more manageable weight, tightened the bolts, figured out tightening sequence. Drilled out the hole in the one pass. bracket, tested, painted, remounted, etc. Then took off, mounted the winch, ran wiring, remounted, etc... It was probably 1-2 AM when I was doing the mounting, and didn't have a buddy to help, so I had to get creative with some buckets and jack. I used the buckets to rest the bumper on right in front of the Bronco, while I mounted the winch and wired.

@srqfabrications - A few tweaks/suggestions: tighten sensor holes so OEM clips only can be used (shaving ridges ok, most installs need this), adj. template for passenger frame brackets, recommendation to cut keyhole for camera sprayer, include camera and hose extensions (<$20), include top frame bracket packer spacers/shims, take advantage of bumper openings/unique design and use an ACC bracket like I built, include INSTRUCTIONS.

If I might also add some suggestions, definitely make the slots for the fog lamps in the bumper wider. MoriMoto makes some of the best off-road lights in the industry. And at the moment their mounting bolts do not fit in the bumper.

@Chritaka. Looks good. Great suggestions. I’ll admit I was annoyed when the bumper first came in. But after fixing the issues and the 1.5” broncobuster lift kit. It’s pretty nice.
