While on the topic of white tops, if anyone has a clue of an effective way to keep it clean and white, please share… tree pollen at my house is a pia

My FJC has a white top and yes it's a bear to keep it pristine. Biggest pia is from the roof rack and trying to get the center of the top but I've gotten pretty good at climbing around on it bouncing from the rock rails to tires but it helps if have an 8' ladder when it's wax time!

If it's between the tree and the Bronco, I'd cut the tree down.

Yeah, these aren't coming down and actually require a permit in SC to do anything with them or you'll get fined.

Since I've lived here we've had 3 previous white cars and the current Honda along with the white topped FJC, both are dirty right now so don't judge me too harshly.

Yeah, these aren't coming down and actually require a permit in SC to do anything with them or you'll get fined.

Since I've lived here we've had 3 previous white cars and the current Honda along with the white topped FJC, both are dirty right now so don't judge me too harshly.

Not yet, brand manager acknowledged there is a glitch in the system that prevents applying it.

Ford put out a memo on the issue? So, even though the certificate amount is supposed to come off of the purchase price, Ford is going to make you pay up front and wait for a check? Will they be reimbursing the sales tax? My private offer will effectively be reduced by $200 because I'd have to pay sales tax on the offer amount. That doesn't seem right. Do you have a copy of this memo?

Thought it was funny that someone made a post on FB about the gunners hatch being a cool or best idea ever and it made me think back to the 1st Gen RAV4 I bought my oldest daughter as her first car. It was a 2 door hardtop (they also came in half convertibles) so it had the dual tilt up and removable sunroofs that even had a place on the rear door to store them. Even the rear windows tilted out to improve airflow, it was a pretty neat and well packaged when little cute SUVs were all the rage.

Would love to see this memo as well...

Check later does impact the value as stated by others, you would be paying sales tax on that value at time of purchase vs. taking the value of the offer off the sales price. Still better than no offer payment at all.

@7sKnuckledragger not to doubt you but @FordVideoGuy or @Granger Ford any new word on the private offer certificate issues being applied at time of purchase on the standard Heritage Editions???
