I purchased mine about an hour south of Chicago 4 weeks ago for 6k under MSRP.
And I believe it was on their lot for 2-3 weeks max. No haggling, the price they advertised
on CG was what I paid. Just a matter of finding the right car at the right dealer.
I reached out to a couple other dealers...
I've noticed the squeaking as well but I think this is one of those things that you have to expect with a removeable top. Many people complain about wind and road noise but it should be expected. It's a trade off for getting a removeable top, an experience I wouldn't trade for anything in a...
I've read in another forum that the sound piping was available for Lux package in the past, but now for all trims. I've had a 2021 VW GTI that had a "soundaktor" that I could tell was artificial sound. But this sounds much better and natural.
Awesome!!! I just picked mine up on Friday morning about an hour south of Chicago and arrived home today. I've had three other 2.3L auto Broncos before and for some reason this engine feels more peppy and has some growl when accelerating (in sport mode).
Loving everything so far except....we...
I've never driven a Badlands because it's always been out of my price range.
With that said, I will be selling my 4DR Heritage this week and picking up an Everglades.
I've had many Broncos over the past couple years and the 2.3 is plenty power for me. The selling point for the Everglades is...
Finally ordered my XTS Bumper and the round Bull Bar.
Bumper has not arrived yet but the Bull Bar just came in. Honestly disappointed with the finish. Especially considering that this is on top front of the bumper, it's unacceptable.
Reached out to Westin. We'll see what their response is.
Just watched your youtube video. This is probably one of the most underrated mods that you can do to your Bronco in terms of day-to-day use improvement. Haven't thought about it until your video...now I'm gonna have to wait for the group buy....
The local dealer near me has them for cheaper than the 20% discount on Ford site on a regular basis, so there is no "additional" discount through them.
I'm a little confused. When you said your Everglades had the sound deadener, sounds like you've had experience with modular top.
If you are asking about the comparison between oxford white painted top on the HE and the regular modular top, I do think the added paint on the HE tops do help with...
Wind noise is noticeably better (quiter) compared to hard top without the sound deadener. But then again, it's not something that really bothered me. I went in with an expectation that it's going to be obviously louder than other vehicles.
Definitely looks good and I'm sure it's going to be just as capable. But until they offer removeable roof while keeping the same price range, I wouldn't be in the market.
Random topic, and not necessarily for the Heritage Edition Club.... But does anyone know what the bulb type is for the festoon bulb for the vanity?
I really expected an LED bulb from the factory, but sadly it's not.
