Dealer just called, expecting my HE to be delivered in the morning! Never been this excited to spend money

Let us know if they let you apply your private offer certificate. I still haven't seen anyone that was able to use theirs yet. Ford is somehow saying it is not applicable to the standard Heritage now.

I heard back, here is the answer:

Those customers should be covered. We have adjusted the process for these missing certs - please contact COVP PHQ and they will generate the cert for any customer that is missing one.

So if the certificate is not showing, the dealer needs to contact COVP Program headquarters.

@FordVideoGuy Tim, it seems as if several people have now been told by their dealers that the Private Transition Offer Certificates we have for orders from 2021 are not being honored on delivered Heritage Editions. At the time of order conversion in 2022, I think almost everyone here that converted their orders to the Heritage (NOT Limited) did so because there was information on the Ford website saying that the Private Transition Offer certificates would work with a Heritage order, only Raptor and Heritage Limited were excluded.

You have been a great customer advocate and provided tons of updates for us through your videos. Any chance you can address this topic on your Tuesday video?

I Hansbrough had a chance to review Scheduling information this week.

In the latest episode of ‘my dealer said’, they mentioned that the only unscheduled orders NOT getting picked up right now are manuals, Everglades and Heritage models. So, grain of salt here, but those of us not scheduled look to be SOL for a while. They said their rep made it sound like they weren’t going to be scheduled/built for a while.

I have confirmed with Ford Marketing (as of last week) that my certificate is still in the system, and has been extended until October. But I will be pretty disappointed if I am not able to apply that cert to my HE being built today according to my window sticker.

So far, the few that have picked theirs up were not able to use it. Hopefully this is clarified soon.

It is eligible on the Heritage Edition, I have that confirmed by the Bronco Brand Manager. He admitted that there was a glitch with it being able to be applied. But that if the dealer contacts their Sales and Inventory Specialist it can be fixed.
