Bad pics but I mounted some traction boards to the spare tire. Also added some shovel/hatchet mounts to the molle panel.
That's really all i have to add to the group today. Lol

It bothers my OCD that you didn't mount those traction boards vertical (side of the tire) or horizontal (across the top of the tire).

Yeah I know. But with 37s, mounting vertical puts them right in line with the door handle making it hard to open. The way they are now I can reach between the tire and boards to grab the handle.
Just consider it a gangsta lean! haha.

Did you not see the guy who recently homemade an external skeleton thing for his soft top so he could mount a roof top tent? The guy can't even open the rear door - It's over rated! Screw the handle.

With this mount around the tire, does it "lock" onto the tire anyway, or can someone simply un-do it like a basic ratchet strap and walk off with this stuff?

hahaha i mean you can put a lock on it but the odds of it being stolen is not likely, Thats like saying you drive with no doors or top on are you worried someone will steal your car

Moved them to the lower mounting option and it definitely works better.

Lower option shown below. It's not a big difference - maybe 3 inches -- but it makes the step much more functional. You can see the mounting bolts for the higher option in these pictures.

Played around in Sedona a little bit over the last week

I installed by BADASS stock roof rack wind deflector, kind of a PITA. No directions and missing hardware. But nothing a trip to Home Depot can't fix. And, we went camping over the weekend.

Finally set up the 1up bike rack on the Bronco. I just used the 7 inch extension from 1up with the rack. Fits really well. My only complaint is it is a bi$&h to access the left side of the locking bar due to the way the factory hitch light plugs are mounted to the front and side of the hitch.

Finally decided to mount a remote air chuck up front for the twin ARB.

Drove to work with the top down, wishing I was still on vacation and headed to a beach rather than the office. It was gorgeous out, just puts a silly smile on my face looking up and seeing nothing but blue skies and a few wisps of clouds.
