Yes, the ACC relocation bracket has angle adjustment in it. You will need to adjust the ACC sensor and angle it down some so that it passes underneath the hoop with a clear line of site foward. If you run lights under the hoop in front of the ACC you are going to have interference. You do not need to extend any wiring. Just reroute it some so that it reaches to the corner of the grille.

The camera washer unit does not get relocated with the camera. I plugged mine by the passenger headlight where the tube is easily accessible and removed the rest of the line behind the grille. That way the system is still pressurized and your windshield wiper fluid functions as normal.

The other camera relocation kits available by competitors provide camera cable extension as well as a longer washer hose... It was not mentioned that the washer hose would need to be capped and this functionality would be lost. This isn't much of a "camera relocation kit" if you only provide the small bracket for the camera mount. You should note you provide the bracket only and bumper cutout, which is not notched for the sprayer, and the washer function is lost. This is very misleading... I'm even ok with unraveling the tape for the camera so that it reaches, do save a dime on the cable, but I'm not happy about loss of functionality. This was marketed as all functionality being maintained.

It should also be mentioned that hoop lights will block the ACC... @Marcorvette may have spent his $ elsewhere if he knew his KC's would block.

There is no camera extension needed. The stock wiring is plenty long for reaching the bumper location once the wiring is removed from the grille and routed behind the grille. This wasn’t done to save on the cost of an extension. We wanted to utilize the stock wiring where possible and not add another connection point to the camera wiring. This was also done on the rear bumper since there are two different style rear cameras. One with a coaxial cable and one with a 6 pin plug. Utilizing the stock wiring in both scenarios eliminates any wiring issues and connection failures.

Here is a photo of the camera wiring once routed. You can easily plug in the camera once the bumper is mounted on the truck with a winch installed. You do need to install the camera on the bumper before mounting it to the vehicle.

We aren’t trying to mislead anyone. The camera relocation option does relocate the camera to bumper and is a very easy install on our bumper. The washer for the camera is not transferred over in our design. Everyone we talked to during development said they didn’t care about the camera washer unit. We will add a note on the website to explain this.

We currently have 10 bumpers welded up and ready for shackles. Shackles are getting done today and tomorrow so bumpers will start heading out to customers or to powder coat depending on what was ordered.

I pulled my bumper off today and test-fitted one of your bumpers to confirm fitment and clearance. As you can see in the photos below, the bumper does clear without hitting the grille. My grille is the factory WT grille. The bumper I run full time is actually a previous version of this bumper and sits closer, it still doesn’t rub or hit the grille during driving vibrations and winching.

When installing your bumpers, you will want to tighten the bolts starting from the bottom up on the frame plate. This will make sure the bumper is sitting fully flush against the stock frame plate. If you tighten the top bolts first (these are the bolt holes added by our mounting plates) you can pull the top of the bumper to the grille and the bumper won’t be sitting flat against the frame plate. This will cause the bumper to hit the grille and be an issue during winching in terms of stress on the mounting plate.

You can also see that the main vertical plates clear the front of the grille too with ease.

One of the bumpers heading out is going to trailbronco.com. They will be doing a full in-depth install guide for this bumper and our rear bumper. If you have any questions during installation please reach out and do not modify your bumper before reaching out. We are here to help and fix any issues you may have. We are not going to leave you hanging if it’s something we did wrong.

We are also doing a final update to the mounting plates included with these bumpers to help make install even easier. For anyone that already has the bumper, we will send out updated mounting plates at no extra cost with fast shipping. They will be ready to ship early next week with the bumpers currently waiting to ship.

update: I added broncbusters 1.5” body lift. Now my acc issue is fixed.

It looks good with the body lift. Curious if you could redrill the holes in the bumper mounting plate to lower it 1-1.5”, without compromising strength, and have the same effect.

I was again sent a whole new set of plates, drivers side inside/outside and passenger’s side inside/outside. They’re supposed to be labeled, but mine didn’t appear to be or may have been covered over during powder coating.

After reaching out, they supplied these raw pics to decipher how they were supposed to be labeled.

Meanwhile, I notched the top with a jigsaw for my winch controller as I didn’t want to relocate:

Fingers crossed the ACC bracket works, but looks to have good visual clearance through that larger cutout. It will also sit back far enough to be barely visible, but still leave enough room to get at the mounting bolts.

All we really need is the extended hose, should be able to source that from a hardware or auto parts store.

I can measure later today. But I know that they used the element cannon pods In the promo pics. I think they are 3” round lights.
the Morimoto 4 bangers didn’t fit comfortable.
so I’m waiting for my 1 bangers to arrive today.
