Purely from a noise reduction perspective, 3db difference between adv and oem and losing modularity of oem, that doesnt seem like that much of a reduction? How much further reduction do you a anticipate the sound deadening headliner to add?

3 decibels is definitely noticeable in the vechiel. The sound deadening headliner will assist in creating a slightly quieter cabin but the main sound deadener is the closed cell foam in our top.

regarding the release of the install video. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be released today . I went through a lot of postings and I cant find one that indicates that today was supposed to be the day.
I went to the ADV website and asked about the install video release and was told basically that it wasn't ready for release yet.
So once again back to square one.
It would be nice to get some schedule rather than

Install video will be posted closer to late July when shipments are soon to be going out.

Upgrades are not slowing the progress down. Final assembly is ramping up slowly so we can maintain the consistent quality we need. We will advise as soon as customer units start shipping. The only tops that have been delivered have been for BETA testing while we are working on final assembly.

Me too. Got my refund March 2023. Got the AC hardtop May 2023. Best decision I’ve made.

Any reasoning? It was pretty recently they said they’d start shipping out after the install video, which would be July.

@ADV Fiberglass can you share any details on this further delay please?

What was the timeline from order to receiving on your AC top?

I got lucky when I placed my order 3rd week of March with Colorado Bronco Upfitters. They had a hardtop placed on Jan 23 and the person who ordered it backed out. Received the hardtop on May 17. So roughly the 12-16 weeks that AC promises.

we both must have ordered within minutes of each other.
quite frankly, they have to be inventorying finished tops until they are ready to ship them in masse.
It would be nice if instead, they started shipping them in batches instead of concentrating on getting them all assembled first.

Next delay will be getting the packaging completed and on pallets.
Then, with perfect timing a truckers strike will be called
Then winter will set in and the dangers of cross country shipping will be further delays
Then my bronco will be stolen and i will have to go order a new one to be received from Ford in 2030
As you can tell I am getting very frustrated - soon
