The sales staff uses docusign for the electronic signing of the DORA. Finance uses a system from Route1. It requires a unique PIN to be generated in order to even view the documents/application. It will generate the PIN but it is sending the credential to some other device. I checked with Catelyn to verify that they have my phone correct. I have confirmed that they have my phone number correct by texting to her personal phone number. Yet, still, the documents/application can't be viewed as the PIN continues to be generated and sent to another device. I only own the one phone and live alone.

As I said, my situation is unique and Catelyn doesn't understand why. This is all on Granger to figure out. If they need to they can print out the application and FedEx it to me at their expense. They chose to not deal with me in person by giving a very low trade-in offer.
Update: Still not correctly authenticating in order to view the paperwork. The company is Routeone. I use 2-step authentication all the time for other accounts. First time that I've experienced this. Catelyn provided a screenshot that she sent on her private number showing the correct information.

Voila! Finally finished. We figured out a workaround. I was able to clear the hurdle of authentication and Granger has the finished documents. Now, to throw the Bronco on a hauler to bring it home.

FWIW, I received all notifications from Ford up to the shipping notification. It has been at Granger for the past week and I still haven't received a notification from Ford that it has arrived.

I'm just waiting on the clumsy e-signing of the financial documents before I can get it shipped to me.
Does it seem like EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. at Granger needs you to resend personal financial info?
Sales ...
Financing...
Rebate troubleshooter person...

I don't mind confirming what they already have, but resending deeply confidetial info multiple times over different tech systems is very concerning.
At a minimum it's a "get your shit together" wake up call.

I am grateful that Catelyn took my recommendation to work around the authentication. But they do need to look at their internal systems. I remember signing the DORA with docusign. Finance uses RouteOne. For good measure, there is a second batch of documents that need to be signed and they use Xod (or some such service for eSigning the documents). Third and final completed documents were transmitted via RouteOne which relied on my quasi-legal workaround.

I use 2-step authentication for many domains/services. Never experienced a problem.

Just on my experience, they definitely could streamline the process and use one service.

I finally called marketing and got my private offer. Mostly as expected $3095.
That comes 30-60days post purchase correct?

Should be applied as a rebate on the purchase. I received $5280 and it came off the purchase.

Were those more than one private offer?
I did the flow chart thing it’s a bit confusing the diff between private offer and price protection.
I should have all the price protections as a day 2 reservation and early order

Yes. Two separate rebates including the often referred to private offer for model year transition.

I have not picked mine up yet, but... The different discounts are:

1. Ford Private Offer (I confirmed mine thru Ford Marketing)
2. Retail Price Protection (This should be discounted off the Granger final invoice - hopefully)
3. 2023 Package increases (These, on my signed document, were already left off. Although the increases are showing on my window sticker)

Which shipping company are you using? I received a quotation of $550 to Dallas.(safe auto trucking). Not sure I trust it. Thanks!
So I followed up on the Safe Auto Trucking as the $550 sounds too good to be true. Website looks professional. But during the quote request process, I noted that the vehicle picture they use is the Bronco Sport despite selecting 2023 Ford Bronco. Minor red flag. I received a callback from the 610 area code. I could barely understand the phone operator as English was not their primary language. I did clarify with them that the vehicle being transported is different than what they pictured. And they indicated that it didn't change the price.

With all that said, their quote is substantially lower than others at $550. The most expensive was Fisher Auto Transport recommended by Granger. They quoted $1800. While I felt very confident with Fisher, there is no way that I'm spending almost $2k. On the other hand, Safe Auto Transport gave me zero confidence. I almost expect my Bronco to end up in a container bound for a third-world country.

I'll try and get a few quotes from others that have been mentioned. But right now, I have Montway Auto Transport as the in-between. 100% confidence in the communication and they quoted $1200.

Update: RoadRunner (thanks to @Toccoa ) is the leading contender at $1045.

If they drop it off in Woodridge, IL, I'll take care of it for you. (y)

From what I've gathered, all the brokers post the jobs to the same national system and take bids from the actual trucking companies that ship the vehicle. The advantage of Montway or similar is that there won't be a bait and switch and they stand by their quote. They also (in theory) only work with vetted and high quality trucking companies. My sense is that Safe Auto and others quote low but you can expect in many instances for the actual number to come in higher (though probably still below Montway). Also, good luck getting any help if anything goes wrong.

My lowest quote for a highly reviewed broker with good communication is from Neptune. They are coming in $150 over Safe Auto and $400 below Montway. Their reviews are solid so hopefully no bait and switch (they acknowledged that quotes are not guaranteed but in most cases won't change; they also shared a certificate of insurance). I'm leaning that direction as of today rather than rolling the dice with a poorly reviewed broker to save $150 at best. I'll also check with RoadRunner

4/11 blend on a railcar finally moved out of Gibson Railyard and across Illinois today, and appears to be stopped at Fort Madison, IA. CS railcar, BNSF train. Anybody else gone through Fort Madison? Looks like it might possibly be a different route than what most others have taken?

Just booked RoadRunner. The low bid of Safe Auto just didn't give me confidence based on communication. RoadRunner was $200 below Montway. I just called it a day instead of trying to save another hundred or two. I don't want to make that last comments sound like I'm being flippant when it comes to money. Just rather, I'm done with this whole process and just want to feel confident that my Bronco is delivered safely and on time.
