Horrible idea in Michigan with all that openness. I did lod bumper tie ins and the jks max tire kit. Bout half the price.

Wow, $500 for that? I think I would rather cut them off, grind down the frame welds, repaint black and call it a day. But then again I don't have clearance issues, so no need.

There's a big weak point with the factory bumper horns. For fun look into @Tricky Dick bent bumper thread.

Be grumpy all you want, but those will kill a few birds with the same stone. I'm assuming they will come with at least some stitch welds along those looooooong panels which look ready to bend/twist, along with surface coating.

I don't understand the thought process for "Should I match OEM and remove crash bars or add $$$ with no crash test data (and stiffening where things are probably meant to crush)?"

Thank you for the post, the images were just place holders. I have sense then updated the images with the final first article product. I have started production and hope to have a product feature in a couple weeks and ship mid next month.
