amazingly enough both certificates from ford rang up as valid when he checked while we were speaking

between those and the below invoice starting point, i'm very happy

When you say both certificates, do you mean the MY23 transition cert (ie price protection back to 2021) and the modification private offer? Did Jeremy give any indication that these could be stacked? I keep seeing people getting conflicting information from various dealers, and it seems Ford corporate has been less than cooperative.

Also, CONGRATS! I'm *patiently* waiting for the arrived email....

i found out my vehicle was onsite undergoing PDI when i called rob in parts to make sure my add-on parts (hood deflector and tow controller) were available for installation upon arrival

Same here....My build date was 4/13 and Ford can't tell me anything other than it's built. I know Stephens is busy BUT..........I will be calling them to find out what is going on per Fords recommendation.

They are stacked on the same certificate number. I sent Jeremy an email on 3-7-23 giving him a heads up on one certificate covering both Programs 38644 and 32002. Ford says if you search Vincent by program via customer in question it will show the certificate number on EACH program. She read me BOTH amounts over the phone without any prompting from me.

Hey all, just got off with finances. For those that took delivery, did the mid year price increases not come off? Also, if Ford isn’t letting one of your incentives go through. Mine my price protection. Did you end up getting it later? They can see it in the system but it isn’t allowing them to claim it. Thanks

You're in the same boat as me. They can see my private offer but aren't able to apply it.

There's the Private Offer (Typically comes off at the time of purchase), and then there's Price Protection. With Price Protection, it's up to the dealer whether you get that right away or later. Basically, Ford needs to see that the vehicle was sold - then they will reimburse the dealership 30-45 days later. The dealership then would send a check out to us.

Stephens is sending them once received - and I don't blame them. So we'll have to wait until they get it - then for them to send it out.

Both my certificates came off the top (stacked). I did not get rebated for the 23 price increases.

I made sure to mention/confirm that SAC would send the check to me once they receive it. He mentioned it seemed sporadic so far (when referring to who got money back and who didn't), which I took to mean that they didn't always get money back for the price.

That’s what he said to me as well. I wanted them to stack but it is what it is. I’m hoping Ford will honor the price protection and I’ll eventually get my money back for that and the mid year price increases. Surprisingly dropping the constraints was the one that worked.

I actually did get the 2022 price protection (didn't reserve till July 2021 so I missed the March 21 cutoff) and the modify your order rebate, so I got approx $4500 off price immediately. Just didn't get the 23 price increase rebates.

I ordered July 21 as well. So I should have gotten roughly $5K off for the private offer and order mod plus the $1500 for the recent price increases. We will see what happens. That’s strange that they can see it, but it won’t apply.

Yep - you're correct. No one should be receiving the $1500 or other increase that came shortly after it for specific trims/options.

Not a HUGE biggie... I'll just hopefully get a nice big check sometime in a few months.

What a mess. Jermey mentioned that he could file an “exception” or something. Didn’t go into much detail. I told him to go ahead and do that.
