I was expecting $500ish.
$2000 is way too much, especially if they aren't creating a new course directed to people who have already been once and gone through the basics.

Better off ordering and taking delivery of another Bronco. Wait for the FordPass points and the VIN to be verified for the Off-Roadeo. Book the reservation to attend and then sell the Bronco.
I was just about to post on this... I was super pumped bc I went to Austin (It was the only one open at the time) and I wanted to hit Moab...
And then I saw the price. Two grand. Well. I guess that's not too insane...?

That’s INSANE!! So many different organizations running off road adventures starting at 150-250 per day and they guide and spot you.. Of course you drive your own vehicle, but I would rather use my own.
If you compare Off-Roadeo to the Ford Performance Racing School then $2,000 for Off-Roadeo with a guest is comparable to FPRS at $1,795 plus $200 in limited liability insurance.
It sure seems pricey though.

$2000, includes a free guest driver this time at least. No lodging included either. For that kind of money I can take a serious off-road training class, hell I know a co-worker who has done 2 week long African Safaris for about 2x that.

I'm doing a second one, but fortunately it's based off our 2nd Bronco so it falls under the regular pricing. $2000 is shocking especially since they are doing the Bronco Off-Road connect for $500ish.

I did the one in Texas last year and was hoping to do Vegas with my wife, but for $2,000 it will be a hard pass. I was thinking $600.

There are plenty of us who have been to Moab many times who will let you tag along for free. There is no reason to pay $2,000 for a one day trail run. I think they are doing it on dome plateau which isn't that hard. Just watch the forum and find a group. Save your money for mods.

yeah i saw this email and had a double take at that price, it was awesome going to the texas rodeo but not 2k awesome. especially since the texas location is 15 minutes away from another offroad park thats got plenty to offer in terms of range of difficulty and even camping for a fraction of that cost.
