I feel like I've seen people mounting the screen at their dash area... is there a reason for this? (I mean other than just showing it off)

Hoping I can get a little help. '23 WT, followed all directions, plug into PC, then car, and back into PC, log into the FPP site, etc. But, it downloads the tune, asks me about an upgraded FDU, and no matter which I choose, yes or no, it give me an error "Calibration not found (err 1). Contact your dealer."

I don't dare try uploading the performance tune that it says is on there, just in case it bricks my ECU.

Thoughts? Anyone run into this before?

Having the exact same error message. I called and spoke with Ford Performance twice today and sent them the information requested and pictures of the error and they filed a case for my error issue. Hopefully I hear back tomorrow but will post when I do

What's with the BS $13.90 "route shipping" fee?

It is an optional additional shipping insurance and tracking coverage. You can decline it.

Thanks, I was looking and didn't see a way to decline it, maybe it was my browser.

Heard back from FPP, this morning and they told me to go ahead hook up to the Bronco and load the calibration/tune (they stayed on the phone during the calibration load) Zero issues FPP calibration loaded right up without any issue.
FPP said the error is caused due to the calibration already being loaded on the ProCal ~Not sure but it works as advertised without any issues (y)

Good to hear. I'm going to give mine a go tomorrow. I see a step in the instructions that make it sound like you need to be connected to wifi so your OEM tune can be saved to Ford Performance servers. Did you have to do that or can it be uploaded later when I have internet access. I don't have wifi in my garage.
