^^^^ Thanks! Today is day 10 after my 'built' date...... so..... any time now!
It would be awesome if I can get FordPass to activate, thanks for the glimmer of hope.
I e-mailed my dealer earlier, she said it was still in Michigan. I think she uses VinView, not sure exactly how that works.

Mine shows it was produced on 3/22, modules, tear tag but pizza tracker still shows in production. It updated again on 3/22 but still doesn't show built.

My dealership uses VIN VIew, it shows it sitting outside the past few weeks. Hasn't moved, not sure if its waiting on hoop steps or tube doors or just a ride. I would be fine with all that stuff shipped to the dealer later if thats the case. I just need to get her in the ceramic coat shop and car audio shop before they start getting backed up.

Did anyone in this group jump on the $2,500 Order Modification incentive for dropping constraints? I’m having issues with my dealer because my model year price protection certificate has the same number as the $2,500 certificate. They are having issues applying both to the purchase price.
Have you heard any more on this, I have the same issue. I have the to program offers. 1 for the transition offer for the wait since Oct 2021 and one for the modification offer are showing available but both have the same certificate number and they are not showing where it will allow me to use both of my offers.

I have hoop steps and roof rack options. I wonder if they're causing a holdup. It was mentioned before that it might be causing a delay.

I had roof rails on my BaseSquatch. Blend was 3/20 (Monday), 'Built' was 3/26 (Sunday).
Friend had same build, no rails, Blend 3/24 (Friday), 'Built' on 3/27 (Tuesday).
So rails and steps will add at least a few days.

I'm going nuts waiting for my shipping notification! ETA is 4/9-4/15 and not shipped yet!

I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but with only 1 person confirmed to have changed their dealer from "you're not eligible" to "you're eligible" I really want to get a larger sample size. Let us know what your dealer does with the mid year price increase protection

We are checking with our dealer. What do you think about starting a main thread on this topic?

I am starting to wonder. I second guessed myself when I added the hoop steps on whether it would be a mod shop hold up or not.
Was worried might be on a chip hold, looking at the spreadsheet alot of other high packages have shipped but not sure if any of them had hoop steps. I also have the tube doors on my order but I figured that would be in the back in boxes or get shipped to the dealership right around now.

Window sticker, modules, tear tag, dealership showing produced and waiting to ship on their end and on their freight locating system, but nothing has updated for the VIN on anyones end since 3/24.

Visited with Ford chat a little bit curious about chip hold or dirt/ice mountain possibilities. They said:
"Thank you for your patience, (My wifes name)! I show the status of your 2023 Bronco - VIN (VIN#) is In Production-Produced. This means the vehicle has been built. The estimated time of arrival is Apr-09-2023 to Apr-15-2023"
"Mariah with Ford Motor Co. at 12:00, Apr 6: There are no details that advise that the vehicle has any parts on hold.:"

All I know at this point is that my dealer is well aware of every program I’m eligible for. I have very little confidence they will advocate for me in any meaningful way after working with them the past few months on pricing.
I anticipate my pick-up day will be stressful with me having to double check every line they send my way.
Sorry I don’t have any good answers yet.

All I can say is that my dealer has been very open and straightforward. Note: I have not changed a thing to my order since my original order. The price breakdown provided to me from my dealer includes the normal price protection and a mid-year price increase "rebate" (where he gets it, how he gets it, and how long it takes from him to get his from Ford makes no difference to me). There has been no stress or haggling about whether I'm eligible or not for price protection (from model year changeover or the 2023 mid-year increase). The only increase in cost was the addition of HOSS as standard equipment to the 2023 Wildtrak. The final price is exactly what I expected.

I visited with the gentleman in the office at the dealership this afternoon.
Rather than trying to maneuver through the issue the dealership is showing on their end with combing the 2022 Model Year Transition Offer Coupon of $2,925 and the Order Modification Offer Coupon of $2,500 to obtain a discount of $5,425.00 off the price of the vehicle purchase price we are going to do this:

1: Have the dealership request both of those offers back from Ford in the form of a rebate we would get as a check totaling $5,425.00 from Ford within a few weeks after the purchase just like we have gotten from Ford in the past on other new vehicles.
2: Hang tight and wait a month or two for the dealership to get the reimbursement for whatever other price protection that may be coming back from a 10/13/21 order that had more price increases after we took the modification offer under the impression there would not be a loss of prior price protection and no idea there would be another price increase.

My window sticker reflects the pricing increase since I took the modification offer as well as the current dealer invoice sheet at the dealer.
I shop local to support local small business and really don't ask for any discounts, no more than I ask for discounts from the real estate agent, funeral home or local small coffee shop every morning.
Ford is always generous and fair at the end of the day with my new vehicle purchases and we have always gotten our mail request rebate checks as we should I am confident what they are showing I have issued to me will get issued through the mail from Ford as I always have.

All I ask for from the office at the dealership is a fair current mid range MMR range on my trades. I am not going to expect them to speculate what may or may not come or can be combined and start discount what we are looking at on the current invoice sheet.
I am hopeful for a good outcome from Ford in the days to come following my purchase.
I should get the $5,425.00 back for both offers in the form of a rebate after the purchase and hopefully the dealership will receive some price protection for me for the $1,399 jump in price since COVP.
I am 100% confident if something runs through from Ford with my name on it a month or two after purchase the dealership will promptly reimburse that to me after it appears on their statement.

So in essence on delivery day i you did it the way I am doing it you would be financing the difference figure of:
MSRP on window sticker
- trade
+ payoff on trade
Anything else that comes Ford is honoring, will come later.

This is my timeline:
Original Order:
White 4 door hard top Wildtrak with lux package, leather, towing capability, steel bumper, all the roof and door bags, all the rubber mats and the WT side graphics

-October 13, 2021: Original Order date - MSRP at this time was $60,510

-October 14, 2021: Order confirmation received

-March 2022: Added HOSS 3.0 Fox package when it became available and removable hoop steps.

-September 2022: Converted order over to 2023 and towing capability option back to the order MSRP on Wildtrak order at this time was $63,940

-January 20th 2023: 463 days since initial order confirmation email the Ford Cooperate Bronco Team contacted us by email with the $2,500 order modification offer to get picked up for production in 2023. I modified order to an eruption green 4 door soft top Badlands, 2.7L, 10-speed automatic, steel bumper, high package, marine grade vinyl, rubber mats, door bags, removable hoop steps and added the tube doors. Got hit with the 7 speaker and subwoofer delete and switched to the base 6 speaker stereo. Lost adaptive cruise, heated steering wheel, B&O stereo, hardtop, towing capability package, wireless charging pad, sport mode, sasquatch wheels and 4.7 rear axle. Gained electronic disconnecting front sta-bar, rock crawl mode and wash out flooring. MSRP on Badlands order at this time was $57,725

*February 1, 2023: Order began previewing at the factory
  • February 2, 2023: 477 days after original order date. Received VIN number and order was picked up for production for the week of March 20, 2023. MSRP on Badlands window sticker currently $59,225 ***Ironically the MSRP on my Badlands order and packaging with current March 2023 pricing would be $60,200.00 MSRP on my original hard loaded Wildtrak order was $60,510
  • March 14, 2023 order sent to plant for production
  • March 22, 2023 Bronco is currently showing number 540/882 going down the line with a blend date of March 21, 2023 and an invoice date of March 14, 2023
  • March 23, 2023 status shows produced, pizza tracker shows in production and BCE modules are showing loaded
  • March 24, 2023 PCM modules are still not showing loaded but I do have a tear tag now, pizza tracker still shows in production and vehicle visibility report on the dealership side shows produced.
  • March 27, 2023 Pizza tracker still shows in production and no ETA, dealership side shows produced 3/22. VinView freight tracking was last updated on 3/24 showing it with modem active sitting out in the yard waiting to go out. Hopping it just hasn't updated yet, it has shipped and updates again in Wentzville waiting to go on a truck here.
Currently no changes, Pizza tracker shows in production, dealership shows produced and an ETA of 4/15 and the dealerships VIN view freight tracking system shows an ETA of 4/15. Last time the modem pinged was 3/24 sitting in the lot outside of the factor. I did order hoop steps and tube doors, wouldn't think that would hold her up for the mod shop but so many that were around my spot in line and coming my direction have pizza trackers showing built and shipped.

On a side note have reodered my wifes original Wildtrak order to spec on 3/27/2023
She had her heart set for 500 days what she wanted, she switched in fear of losing her place in line all together. Her key things are adaptive cruise and hard top When the Badlands get here we will enjoy it until the Wildtrak gets here :)

I am sooo close, just waiting on a ride to the railroad tracks I hope. If she is waiting on the tube doors or hoop steps I don't need them right away ;)

InkedIn Production.jpg
My blend date was 3/29, built date shows 4/2/23. ETA is 4/21-4/27 though doesn't show shipped.
Anyway, I have hoop steps and tube doors as well. Didn't realize those were hold-ups.
