Yes, that's what this thread is about. So is it about not getting PP (I am 21->22->) AND 2500 at the same time? Do I get it right?
It’s correct that I haven’t purchased the Bronco yet but it‘s in production now and I will be finalizing the sale in a few weeks. I hope to have clarity on this before I sit down with my dealer to take delivery and that‘s why I’ve posted. I really don’t think my dealer is going to honor something that Ford isn’t reimbursing them for and when the sale is complete it’s going to be harder to resolve. And so far no one has proven me wrong.Yes, that's what this thread is about.
However, OP is just passing along what a customer service rep said (drink) so it needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It doesn't appear that he has purchased his Bronco yet so for the meantime it is just all speculation.
A bigger question, did you get your feb price increase reimbursed?I had a 3/6 week build. It showed up at the dealership 8 days ago. I've been working with my dealer since then because he wasn't able to get the MY23 transitional private offer (program 38664) to combine with the $2500 order modification private offer (program 32002). They are both in my SmartVincent. He has reached out to Ford with no solution so far. I still have my email from Ford, I still have screenshots of the order modification FAQs saying they can be combined, and I still have Bronco brand manager Matt Winter stating twice on video these two offers can be combined. I did what Ford asked and dropped the 3 commodity constraints and now they want to remove the FAQs from their website, have the customer service reps give bad information, and have the private offer system not allow combining. I will update this forum when my dealer finally gets this straight with Ford. @FordmotorCompany
Since that is something handled by the dealership I haven't even gotten to that part yet. I'll handle that when I go in to do the paperwork. I have all my forms from Ford to show my dealer. And I'd say $2500 is the bigger issue than the $1500 I'm owed in price protection. I plan on getting it though!A bigger question, did you get your feb price increase reimbursed?

Good luck on all of that. I’ve been trying to get my stuff worked out with Ford for a month now with no resolution for canceling my order to buy off the lot.Since that is something handled by the dealership I haven't even gotten to that part yet. Thanks man. It's very frustrating to wait two years for a Bronco to be built and then Ford not come through on something they promised. I understand supply chain issues and dealership pricing games but I'm disappointed in Ford being dishonest with customers that have supported them through all thisGood luck on all of that. Yeah, Ford as a whole sucks!!! Individuals are awesome, but I’ll be looking other companies from here on out. Not that the other companies are any better, but they have not screwed me over yetThanks man. You might want to start that conversation now so your not pressured to accept the vehicle. It’s $4350 for me because mine was built after the 3/15 price increases so I get both. There is a thread where the majority of dealers are playing dumb.Since that is something handled by the dealership I haven't even gotten to that part yet. Any Chance you could PM me that info so I can also have something in case my dealer says same thing? Thanks for looking out. This $2500 modification program doesn't apply to me as I didn't drop LUX SAS Hard top. But I was able to find all of the official Ford dealer communications regarding the mid year price increases and how dealers will receive those refunds. I'm locked and loaded and will hand them to Kyoshi next.
Yes please keep us posted. I’ll be in the same situation as you shortly.I had a 3/6 week build. It showed up at the dealership 8 days ago.
