Well, at least you skipped the Lux!

Decided to add current options in because I can take it off, just not add them back. Only thing I’ll wait a blue moon for is a 2.7 with SAS. we shall see. I’m not in a rush.

This has become an addiction, wondering why dealers are all putting orders with constraints when all we heard was that they weren't going to when the order banks open up. But hey why not?

Ordered my Badlands with all the no no's! I received the confirmation email, but I'm not seeing anything on my account on ford.com. Any idea how long it takes to show up there? Do I need to do anything special to synch it?

Well color me surprised. A dealer I just reached out to on a whim 2 days ago got it done even tho the dealer I was with here in GA for 5 months couldnt. Priority 10 with Lux and Hard Top. Lets go!

I could see this one getting built in MY23, but some of the other posts with grander selections I doubt it until MY24.

All new order folks from my point of view,

- Priority code 19 or below is meaningless in the grand scheme of things, don't obsess over it.
- Get MSRP or better in writing, don't trust any dealers word period.
- Have them note no dealer add-ons or markups
- Make sure to get the Ford email confirmation, I could see dealers being slow to get an order in and miss the window.
- Check over your build sheet carefully, watch out for missing items like the MIC sound deadening (Free), SAS etc.
- DORA paperwork get a copy and don't lose it. A buyers sheet is another one that dealers can provide (it's that long sheet with all the legalese)
- Prepare to wait, keep active on the forum and post when you get your build week.
- DO not use the words "My Dealer Said" or trust what they tell you without reading up on the forum first. Most information can be found on the forum and there are some great YT content providers. Look up Ford Video Guy and the dealership where he and Sarah work at.

I am sure there is more but that is what comes to mind. Good luck to all the new order holders, buckle up.

Yeah I wasn't willing to go without the rear locker but I specifically avoided Sasquatch to try and get one across the line in 2023 - which also meant staying away from Badlands.

We'll see. Dealer told me that I likely won't move off 19 because I've already bought a Bronco and they can't put me ahead of others who haven't - but I am just hoping they aren't BD orders.

This isn't my first rodeo. I'm just happy to have the chance to buy one again.

Are they charging you ADM? They told me they were at the start of this month so I went with Maplecrest Ford Mendham. Did they give you allocation information?

Just went in half hour ago and signed for MSRP. Sales manager said they were “good” on allocation. We’ll see.

Yeah I wasn't willing to go without the rear locker but I specifically avoided Sasquatch to try and get one across the line in 2023 - which also meant staying away from Badlands.

We'll see. Dealer told me that I likely won't move off 19 because I've already bought a Bronco and they can't put me ahead of others who haven't - but I am just hoping they aren't BD orders.

I got priority 10 at my dealer & this is my 3rd order, your dealer can if he wanted to.

It’s like gambling really. You pay into the drawing are waiting for the high of having your name pulled from the hat. At least that’s my take on it.

Good to hear another NJ dealer is honoring no ADM. We don't have it easy here in NJ. I got a signed purchase agreement from Maplecrest for MSRP, but they also wouldn't give me any info on allocations. Good luck with your order, hope it gets built this year.
