Well my Bronco does have the Rear Sensors so does that mean it might have the Rear Fog Light Connectors? I will have to look if someone posted where the rear fog connector is.

If so then I could just run wires from that connector or find where it connects to the main harness in theory?

I've been following this thread about factory fog lights too.

If you saw my post in that thread, It tells you what you have to do to use the factory switch in your case...

So per what you show the wires for the Factory Fog light are in there, but do you have to tap into them or are they pre-cut thus ready to be connected?

I thought I saw another poster showing the wires sticking out or something like that.

I pulled them out of the harness, cut the pins off going to C203, and wired the connector directly to them... they only had a presence going into C203, they did not come back out.

If you had a Bronco with the Fogs or the front sensors, then there would be wires coming out of the other side that would run down to C192, which would be on a retainer down in the front lower portion of the fender, But the Main Harness past C203 doesn't have any of those wires in it, and you'd have to get an entire different harness to get them.

You would think that Ford would have those wires sticking out from the harness, or maybe have a connector already on it especially if the Black Diamond was standard with the bumper that has fog lights. I would think that they would do it that way going down the assembly line with that wire harness and when the bumper was added either with the fogs or if it was optioned like mine with the MOD Steel Bumper, they could just tuck it out of the way covered with a cap or something. VS. a base model or something else that didn't have the fogs wiring harness added to begin with.

Bottom line is I would've expected Ford to leave those wires out and ready to go like the AUX wires especially if the Black Diamond original Build includes the Fog lights no matter what added on options you have.

(FYI I'm from NOVA originally I see you're in Stafford. Most of my family still lives there and I go there to visit for the holidays... lol small world)

So I was able to get into my wheel well to see the harness. I don't see any wires that could be C192 unless the connector in my 3rd pic is it?

First pic is C203 harness correct?
2nd pic zoomed in C203 harness.
3rd pic is a connector I saw just below the headlight clipped on, and judging by the wire diagram maybe its C122 or could it be C192?? That connector had purple and green/brown wire.

Yup, Your first 2 pictures are C203, The second picture does a good job of showing where you'll have to tap in.

The third picture might be a connector for the active cooling flaps on the intercooler? Maybe follow the wires and see if they go there..

I don't have a picture of C192, cuz I don't have it, but it would be higher up, and more towards the driver's side than that. You should see a sheet metal tab with an open square hole in it that C192 would clip into if it were there.

So the C192 connector would be really tucked up in there behind the headlight from what it seems in the diagram. It looks like I would need to remove a lot of stuff like the headlight etc.

I found these pics online and maybe the last image below is where its located? I noted what looks like the horn and maybe the connector C192 in that last photo.

*CAN ANYONE TAKE A PHOTO OF THEIR BRONCO THAT HAS STOCK FOG LIGHTS TO SEE IF THIS IS WHERE THAT WIRE CONNECTOR WOULD BE - IF YOU CAN SEE THIS LOCATION INSIDE THE WHEEL WELL OR BEHIND HEADLIGHT?

I will check mine after work that is if I can see anything in the wheel well area.

Yes even the base has the connection for rear fog lights it’s under the rear drivers side tail light I tapped in there for my fog lights, as well as my license plate, light going to the tailgate.

I don't think that picture has C192 in it... Here's a picture I found with what I believe is C192 in it...

On my Bronco, Even fully assembled, when I look up into the fender from under the front, I can see that tab where it would be..

Ok I will look to see if anything is there on mine because I don't recall looking down the side that far left inside the wheel well. I will take some photos too.

**UPDATED = Ok I found these pics after looking through the other thread page 29. This has to be C192 and the wires for the LH+RH fogs. I will see if just the connector is there on the metal tab on my bronco.
(Yellow/Org=Passenger side.....Brown wire=Driver side. Green/Blk=Grnd)

Well I just looked and no wire or connector where C192 would be on that inside mount. Looks likei would have to tap the wires at C203.

I was hoping maybe the wires were at least there with cut ends taped etc. but nope.

@zuke
can you confirm which wire is the yellow/orange? I can see the brown one but just want to make sure I tap the correct yellow. I think it's #2 marked in my photo but I want to be sure. #1 is thicker gauge than #2.

Sorry, i really can't tell in your pic...They do look pretty close to the same!

It would be the one that traces back to pin 48 on C203...

Ford Bronco Updated:Fog lights added and connected to factory connector 1679532640779

It should also be the same gauge as the brown wire...

#2 does look more orange to me than #1 But computer monitors can lie :)

Ok where in relation to the C203 wire diagram view are the wires in the connector, on the bottom or top of the connector compared to inside the fender? Are they on the Top Side? I'm not able to really see higher up in there and I don't want to disconnect it just in case I mess anything up.
