If I wanted a hardtop I wouldve bought several other vehicles over the bronco. You know you guys arent taking that top of very much unless you live in a desert. You need a hoist and a place to store it. Caught in the rain, screwed. lol So much more use in soft top edition. I have other vehicles to put a roof rack on.

Did you ever find out how to make the noise on your covered wagon, manageable? Did leaving your rear window out work, and if so did you leave it off all winter and deal with the cold, or put it back on and live with the noise?
No, I freely admit that road noise on the interstate in the rain is insufferable after about 3 hours. Really. Tried to leave in side windows, but they won't stay....so no go on that.

And it's not cold. At all. The only other downside to the soft top is indeed installing them frickin' side windows, but I only do it once a year, so....whatever. Worth it for the rest.

As a two door owner, simply remove the two front panels and place them in the onboard storage bags and obtain the same open air concept as flipping back a soft top. Once summer arrives, the entire top comes off and stays off until winter. I purchased a weather proof Bronco two door specific cover that allows me to protect my ride if foul weather shows up when on an adventure. My Badlands is a toy and not a daily driver since I am retired and on the dole.
Flip backed soft top and removing the front two panels isn't the same. An entire extra row of open air with the soft top flipped back.

That's my plan. I have a hardtop now, need to get soft top for the warmer months like I do with my Jeep.
