Love that bumper, looks great!

I just wish JCR had designed a spot for the license plate into the bumper.
There are a few faults with @JcrOffroad bumper products as I'm finding. Hopefully they are not serious but most seem like simple oversights/errors made at a time of developing a LOT of products at the same time, which happens

  • The front bumper bar work includes a mounting bolt directly over the fog light. So you either use 2 of 3 bolts, or you can have flog lights that aren't recessed 2"+ behind the bumper thus reducing its light spread greatly.
  • The channel for fog light brackets needs to be longer to allow fog lights to sit closer to the bumper.
  • They make TWO license plate relocation kits. One for factory wheels and one for aftermarket. When they sell you a Crusader rear bumper they should ask which one you need. They also don't repeat the fitment warning for the relocation kit on the Crusader page.
  • Also, the website lists a product number for the license relocation that isn't accurate, strangely, every page has install instructions except the front bumper. The videos they produced are excellent so if you have any internet in your garage (phone?) Then you'll be fine.
  • Packaging is mostly good for such large items, but one side of the front bumper came with scratches down to metal. Now I'll need to ask them what their coating is and grind back the facing and re-coat.
  • Hardware...... This one is the strangest one. Front bumper came with 1/4" nuts for the 3/8" bull bar bolts. Rear bumper came with about $20 worth of unnecessary and unused hardware, including some 6" long bolts for who-knows-what

Now, that being said, overall fit and finish is fantastic. The design is simplistic and attractive and structural bracketing inside is robust. Materials used are perfect, and fitment is excellent. I am quite happy with their products.

I chose to have the fogs flush as far forward as possible. I cut down the bolt directly over the foglight to fit and used silicone to hold in place

A simple, subtle yet robust and handsome design. Camera relocation kit was lost in the mail, a replacement is already en-route and their customer service was sharpish on it.

Moments before finding out their license plate relocation kit would not work as the fitment warning was not on the bumper product page. Wiring is done per their kit/instructions so I'll just fabricate a bracket that does work.

Good luck man!

Also, excellent color choice. 🤘

I haven’t decided on bumpers yet, still watching the options mature.

A new bumper and wiring in the upfitter switch for rear fogs, and also license plate light relocation.
Thank god Rick, you finally got her! Love that new rear bumper.

Guess we're twins in the 2 Dr Cartel. Blood In, Blood Out!

Looks GREAT!!

My rear bumper as well. Don't have nor do I have a Bronco yet but I'm collecting parts. I've chosen to pair it with an ARB Summit front bumper.

Looks good. I have a similar one that I've been running this winter. Don't know if I'll leave it on year round, but the tan color does look good with the green.
