Not complaining.... but kind of am.

Going to pick up my VB WT from the dealer tomorrow, so crunching numbers.

I'm an early res holder who was lucky enough to get build date just before they made the order modification offer, so from what I'm understanding, both adjustments (columns A & C) will apply to my purchase. That's $3,620+$1,500 for a PP total of $5,120.

Diff'ing the current MY23 price ($55,620) against the MY21 price ($49,475), total increase between the two comes out to $6,145, meaning that me and WT order holders like me are still eating $1k+ price diff. That doesn't even count the diff in increased option/accessory prices.

Or am I missing something?

Anywho, that said, I'm still super stoked and grateful to finally be getting into my Bronco tomorrow! I know a lot of order holders are still waiting. Def better than no PP, but I guess I just wish the PP fully covered the diff, especially given the circumstances.

But hey, wish in one hand...

The primary reason for this difference is the price protection amount takes into account changes in the trims. For the Wildtrak trim, it's taking into account HOSS 3.0, which is now a standard option.

Of course you could argue that "It wasn't my choice to add HOSS 3.0, so Ford should cover that". Which... honestly... I won't argue with you. But that's the reason why the prices don't line up perfectly.

Yeah, totally valid point! And with that in mind, I tend to agree with you. And tbh, I’m glad Ford made the decision on HOSS 3.0 for me, haha.

Saves me the pain of deciding on aftermarket suspension upgrades. HOSS 3.0 should be plenty for my usage.

And for all that comes with that package, don’t think I can complain about an additional $1k.

Also, appreciate your overall post. Super useful understanding what I’m entitled to going to the dealership!

Any idea if the destination and delivery difference from $1495 on my original 1/25/22 contract to present day $1795 will be rebatable from Ford or my dealership?

Your dealership should provide the destination charge at $1495 and Ford will later compensate the dealer for that difference. Of course some dealers play dumb by sticking the new up charge to buyers and later pocket the credit back Ford gives them later.

@Hdscreens is almost correct.

Destination and Delivery is not price protected between model years. Any and all price protection between model years is covered with the model year transition private offer (column A/B on the first post).

However, Destination and Delivery is price protected within the model year. The original 2023MY destination charge was $1595... so you should get $200 back. I've already included the $200 amount in the column C values on the first post.

Thanks for clarifying, it’s been so long in the process I forgot and lost track the destination charge had gone up before the recent one.

Help needed. Tuesday I found a Badlands inventory vehicle NEW and placed a deposit on the vehicle with dealer. Immediately after, I called my original dealer to cancel my current order (to get said cancelation incentive).
Come today I get the scheduled for production email (dealer must have never canceled).
To make matters worse in smart Vincent there are two addresses listed. One is correct the other is not. Dealer said my incentives are listed under the wrong address. Contacted ford and they have a ticket going so fingers crossed.

Question, how can I get proof of cancelation if original dealer did not in fact cancel. @Ford Motor Company and @BroncoNation for help. Being bullied here. Also, if @FordVideoGuy has any advice that would be greatly appreciated.
DORA are printed for every change including cancelation. The dealer would receive a DORA if the order was canceled. I would guarantee that it wasn't scheduled since you got scheduled. I'd call your dealer or Ford Support and ask them to look up your order status by your order number.

I was told by the customer service rep that the cert number was the same but both would apply, my dealer said the same I have little trust for either. I have seen in this thread and several others as well as Bronco nation that both are stackable. Now doubts are creeping in- can anyone that has taken delivery and received both the transition and modification offers weigh in?
I just got off the phone with Ford and was told the same thing......Both Price Protection & Order Modification are combined on the one Certificate............BUT the dealer can only see the $2500 Modification Value??
Working with my Dealer to try and sort this out.

Can someone clarify this for me?

I placed my order in 11/2020, @ that time, the MSRP before any added features was $43,040 for a E5D0-Outer Banks 4DR Advanced 4x4.

It then changed to $43,290 for MY22 but came with a $250 price adjustment rebate.

Now, the MSRP according to Ford.com is $47,335. With a $2,845 rebate, bringing the difference to $44,490. Any idea where the $1,450 went?

Did you factor in the Retail PP? There was a price increase on 2/10/23 of $1500 for a 4 Dr, $2000 for a 2 Dr. It is column C in the very informative first post of this thread. The dealer is either supposed to refund at the time of sale or as a check to you after they get reimbursed.

That will get you to where you should be price wise.

I talked with Ford Customer Support yesterday and after speaking with 3 different people, no one can locate my CPO/PP numbers. Ford stated that the dealership needs to look and go through their "Ford Resources" to try and locate this CPO/PP, but they are unwilling to reach out to anyone higher up until the vehicle ships. Dealership can't see it in their SmartVINCENT App. Dealership is saying to reach out to Ford Customer Support to see if they can locate it...blah blah blah and so on and so forth.

This is getting beyond frustrating that I keep getting tossed back and forth between the two and I just want to know where the promised CPO/PP is for my Bronco I've waited coming up on two years! $2,580 is a lot of money that I don't want to miss out on just because a technical issue with Ford's software. Is there someone higher up I can contact?

I just want to speak with someone who could help me with this problem. Original Wildtrak Ordered 3/18/2021 -> Order Confirmed 10/30/2021 (IDK why dealer submitted so late) -> Switched to Badlands from WildTrak 1/29/2022 -> Order Re-Confirmed 11/9/2022 for MY2023 -> Switched to Everglades 12/31/2022 -> Scheduled 1/10/2023 for Build Week 2/27/2023. Did me switching to an Everglades ruin this? Every resource I've read has told me no....

In good news, my build tracker shows that I'm finally built and ready to ship, but Ford Chat stated that it is waiting for the railyard to ship. So close, but yet so far!

Dealer says I'll get $2395 in rebates. July 2021 reservation - 4 door Badlands (2021 order) > switched color only to 2022 order, then I switched all the way to a 2 Door Badlands which has been delivered as a '23. I think I fall into Column C, anyone verify on this?

Column B and Column C is what it sounds like, assuming your Bronco was built after the price change.

$2395 for the model year transition private offer, and $2000 to cover the 2023MY mid-year price increase.
