Have you tried the Ford Chat to see what shows there? I was able to get my estimated delivery there before they updated the trackers.Same my tear tag just populated
I'm in the same boat.My dealer sent me an email saying they can't find any of my rebates (PP/PCO) in the Ford system. I have had the certificate numbers since at least last fall. If Ford customer service has the information to share with me, why can't @Ford Motor Company share it with my dealer?
This is not my dealer's fault. They sent me the copy of the Smart Vincent report. There is no indication of the rebates. They've delivered hundreds of Broncos. I'm confident they know what they are doing. (I hope)I'm in the same boat.
My dealership can't find neither the "Model Year Transition Private Offer" nor the "Retail Price Protect Private Offer" on their side. I called Ford Support and they couldn't find it either...very frustrating that I placed my order as a dealer walk in March 18th, 2021 and no one can find anything. Ford Support told me to have the dealership put in a support ticket to Ford to get this resolved as I meet all the criteria.
Make sure your dealership is looking in their SmartVINCENT under pgm#38644 for you PP and CPO.
It could be another day or two before the modules populate. I went through this process a few months ago for a Bronco I didn't buy. Blend date was 12/23/22. It wasn't built until 1/16/23.It could be worse! My blend date was Friday and I don't have any modules showing. Nor do I have a tear tag, built email, etc.

Nope, I totally understood your point. It's a little of my frustration peeking out after all of this time. Ford should have this down to a science.
