Heated steering wheel on Lux package

Just picked up my Wildtrak one week ago. Thought I’d try out the heated steering wheel tonight and no heat. Anyone else experience this issue when they first bought their Bronco?

Mine gets toasty pretty quick, that being said it was only in the 40's when Ive used it.

No issue with mine. That thing could make blisters and the seat warmers could cause spontaneous combustion!

Mine works well. It doesn't get hot, just warm but that is the way I like it. It also gets warm very quickly.

In my case, the garage never gets cooler than 50 degrees F. By the time I've backed out of the garage I feel the heat on the wheel.

Mine is firmly in the lukewarm warm category, although the seat warmers are outstanding

Mine heats up very quickly. I’ve noticed theres a little bit of temperature unevenness thats not noticeable in my other cars, so I just don’t touch those parts

I’m positive.
Not that anyone on this forum cares but the heated steering wheel on my Gladiator worked great and provided exceptional warmth to my fingers on many a chilly doors off day.

The stock setting isn't the warmest I've ever had on a steering wheel, but if you feel absolutely no heat, then it isn't working right.

The heated seats are really good though. If you go commando you might get a burn.

Clearly there is a wide perception of the heat in the steering wheel. The question is that perception vs actual temperature? IOW, working as designed or not?

If somebody could get the specs on the heating system in the steering wheel that might help.

My hand and butt warmers work great. I hope that you get your issue resolved. If you are fortunate it may just be a fuse
