Will they be more helpful than the 5+ hours I spent on hold waiting for customer service to get contradictory answers regarding my order as a day one reservation holder? Not that you care but the dealership placed an order using my reservation number for dealer stock (which I did not place) and did not refund the $100.

Still cannot believe I am trying to stick this out to get a Bronco. Nostalgia I suppose. Shame on Ford for the way this has been handled.
