Hi all, I bought my 23 Black Diamond a few weeks ago and from day one the front bumper has a larger gap on the passenger side than the driver. The difference when I measured (from the ground to specific parts of each side of the bumper) was about 5/8"-3/4".

As mentioned, it's been like this from day one, so the lift and tires you see in the photo are not the cause 😄

Has anyone else had this issue with the front bumper? I've run across some threads mentioning the rear, but haven't seen any about the front. Just want to have as much info as possible before contacting the dealer.

Thanks!

Hate to say it but if you noticed it on day one, that'd be the time to tell your dealer. Hopefully they won't give you a hard time.....

Just take off the plastic covers on the bumper surrounding the tow hooks, slightly loosen the 3 bolts on each side behind the cover. Then adjust the bumper and retighten, 10min.

I would figure it would be covered under warranty. Technically I noticed it on day two. I live in NC and bought it in VA, but hopefully my local dealer doesn't give me any trouble about it.

EDIT: ⭐ Gold star for you, sir! 5 minutes and the bumper is now straight as an arrow. Thank you!

Yes! Was hoping it would be something easy. I'll give it a shot and report back. Thanks!

Reading this thread prompted me to check mine, and it was about 1/4" lower on the driver's side. I probably wouldn't have checked or noticed otherwise. Sure enough all it took was a 15mm socket and a few minutes to get mine perfectly even.

For anyone who might be intimidated by this, it really is pretty easy. Below is what's behind those plastic covers, which are pried off easily with a trim tool or other means. If you are working alone a jack of some sort can be used to hold/lift/lower the bumper.

I noticed that the powder coating behind some of the bolts was messed up during assembly. It was no doubt the torque applied during assembly that slightly misaligned the bumper.
