update: talked with Ford chat 3 times to confirm but everyone is saying I am no longer on chip hold but then again who knows. @brutus seems like we are in the same exact boat.

sounds that way. My pizza tracker now shows back to “in production” (but still shows my built date) and a last update of 01/29. From looking at earlier build weeks, that “backtrack” seemed to happen and then followed pretty soon after by a shipment notification.

I also called the 800 number to get my private offer certificate # and the rep couldn’t find it. I have my dealer running that down now and will update the group when that’s resolved (and how). Recommend everyone be proactive to ensure no surprises at purchase time.

mine still shows built, awaiting shipment so this is wild lol. I just hope we both ship soon

Anyone get a rail car number yet? I have a shipped email, but when I used Ford chat yesterday, I was told that it had not been loaded on a rail car yet.

For those that have been able to access it through the Ford Pass app, how did you register it? I have tried, but it says I have to acknowledge it from inside the vehicle.

I want to believe it's on a train, but I've been disappointed so many times by Ford... so I don't know.

Anyone else around a 1/23 blend date 1/27 build date that are released awaiting shipment almost a week later? I'm not showing a chip hold, according to Ford chat or vehicle visibility. There are a couple other Broncos built the same week for my dealership that are on rail cars that have been moving away from MAP.

A few people asked this so I’ll just reply to you, ford chat said I was on a secondary status of chip hold even though mine showed shipped online. I contacted my dealer and he sent me a screen shot from Vinview that is was already on a rail car. For those that are getting different statuses I’d contact your sales manager/rep for confirmation. My sales rep hasn’t responded me asking for rail car so I guess I’ll try ford again tomorrow.

In the app login as you would online. It took a few days for mine to show up but this is my current screen. Clicking on the car name just brings me to basic info, nothing of substance.

So is anyone planning on getting extended warranties on service, tires, etc? I spoke to the finance guy at my dealership and he gave me costs for everything. Has anyone else done the same?

He also said my private offer was already loaded so I will get that off the top and not a mailed check. I told him good that’s what I was going to ask to do.

Dealership rep shot me a text yesterday saying 2/21 ETA. Shipped email came during the night. Tracker switched back to “order confirmed” around 9pm, but now showing shipped.

I did get the shipped email and the pizza tracker says shipped. I've asked my dealer several times, but he has been absolutely worthless.
Dealership is Autonation in Fort Worth, TX on Bryant Irving.

Just realized you are from Fort Worth too. Which dealership did you use?
