My hammer built tailgate support has begun to rust after just a couple of months. Anybody seeing this or have a solution? I know once it starts it can get bad and ugly quickly.

looks like this was a batch related issue where the power coat didn't fully adhere in the same thickness as the rest of the plate. We have a solution for this issue, and have made changes to the process to ensure the power coat gets applied with more thickness in-between the holes and letters.

How large of a Rotopax container can be fitted to the modular system? I’m assuming either 2 or 3 gallon would max out the available height. Are there concerns with stacking two Rotopax containers on this mount since it’s not bolstered on the bottom for the added weight?

We have the ability to run a 4 gallon rotopax on the new Molly panel attachment coming soon!

Also pinging Tyson to see if there was any new info on the up-rated hinges? Perhaps even knowing what material you're going to use will help us on the verge of ordering either Braptor hinges or waiting further on what you guys might put on the market.

Very excited for your tailgate support as it seems to be the best option available in terms of design, materials and form factor. Including options that have been announced yet not available yet.

We are working on the stop point of the hinge to limit the gate to opening just past 90 degrees. the first batches will be cut from a solid block of high strength steel and cost less than the oem version of the raptor hinges. No eta yet, but as soon as I can share the 3d design I will post here with pre order links!

Is the MOLLE panel attachment going to support Wavian/Jerry cans or are you still developing a specific attachment for them?

On a separate note, I just ordered the strut. If I don't like the pressure, what is the procedure to releasing it?
