I just checked the Module Build Data (As-Built) on the Motorcraft site and my modules have popped and I have a tear tag. Pizza tracker shows "In Production" now with a date of 1/26/23

Just checked my status with Ford chat and here's what I got:
Your order currently shows In Production-Produced-Micro Chip At Plant On Hold-Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, MI-Current ETA window shows Feb-08 to Feb-14-2023.

I then clarified the meaning of the ETA window and the rep told me that was the expected window for delivery to the dealer (but only an estimate and subject to change).

Anyone else hearing the same thing? 01/24 (Tuesday) blend, mods popped Wednesday, and tear tag Thursday. Showing "In Production" on the Tracker since my blend date.

I don't believe the delivery dates they are providing. Ford has no control over the trains, convoys, truckers, etc. Based on what I've seen, they have no idea and they're just giving out dates that are 2 to 3 weeks out.

Agreed. I don't believe the ETA dates either. I just wanted to clarify whether Ford intended that to be a delivery date or the date the chip hold was expected to be resolved (not that they've shown to be particularly good at that either...).

I checked with chat. No chip hold listed for me yet. BL, Lux, MIC, No SAS, No Tow
That's good news. Do you have the link to the chat? I'd like to see what's going on with mine. I have blend date of 1/26. So it might be too early to talk about my Bronco yet.

Just Spoke with CHAT: Here is what they said about my unit - "I show the status of your 2023 Bronco, as of January 26, your vehicle has been produced and is at Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, MI. Your estimated time of arrival is February 16-22 at this time. If you don't yet have the following resources available, please bookmark https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and you can track your order. I'm delighted to see that you're excited to ride in your new Ford. Rest assured, if there are any new updates, you will be the first to know. We would recommend staying in contact with the Sales Manager at your Ford dealership for updates on the vehicle as they will be in the best position to assist you." No mention of chip hold...

After some digging I saw some chip holds in previous build weeks for outer banks all of them are around 13 days. so add 13 days to your build day (day after blend) and that should be when it shows “built” and hopefully ready to ship.

Thanks! Sounds about right; when I got my build week notification, I assumed St. Paddy’s day, so anything earlier will be a bonus! Good luck with yours too.

Thanks, you too. I’m expecting delivery week of 2/27 here in louisiana but not holding my breath on it

I've got a 1/20 Blend date, 1/23 build date. Confirmed wth chat yesterday that my Bronco is on micro chip plant hold. Modules have popped with a tear tag. Currently showing 2/11 ETA in VinView. 2/18 ETA to dealer through the dealership vehicle visibility which also shows micro chip plant hold. Ford tracker still shows in production. Interestingly enough, VinView shows "Produced to Released Forecast" as 1/27 which is today. Hopefully this is not another ice mountain in the making.
Agreed. Good luck. Sounds like there’s a handful of us in the same boat.
