I don't recall how many customers are still on the Granger waiting list, but it was still quite long. So even if Ford allows the use of 2023 and 2024 allocations, that still might not cover all customers on their list.

Also, even if technically you can keep hardtop on the 2-door and be eligible for the $2500, it's still likely going to be a long shot to get the vehicle in 2023. I suspect that offer is kind of dead man walking, and more to avoid grief from customers who would feel forced into a 4-door. In reality, for many people the only way they are getting a MY2023 Bronco, is 4-door soft top non lux/sas.
Granger has right around 500 on their list as of November. I think they had roughly 150 allocations last year and if you assume they'll get about the same or a bit more for 2023 & 2024 that's at best 400 but probably less. The real problem I see if Granger takes advantage of pulling allocations forward is that they will get almost no 2024 Broncos. So in that situation if you don't get yours in 2023 you're completely screwed in 2024 as they will have practically no allocations to use. Also there may be business reasons where Granger or any other dealership may not want to use next years allocations. It's a complete guessing game at this point about whether or not we'll get Broncos even if we delete the constrained items.

Silly question, but currently I don't have any of the constraints. Does anyone know if I add the sasquatch package for instance, then remove it later, would I receive the $2500 offer?

Not knowing what my order's "priority 2" actually means is definitely adding to the difficulty of the dropping constraints decision for me.

If priority 2 means nothing, I'd drop the constraints and cross my fingers to at least get a stripped down build with my PP and the $2500 offer for MY23.

If it means I may be scheduled in the near future (like some have indicated on here in the past), then I'd just sit and wait....but with the $2500 offer maybe having a short window of availability, I don't even know if waiting will be an option =/

But being eligible for the $2500, is not same as actually getting the vehicle. What Granger and others are basically saying is, you're not getting a 2-door delivered in 2023. So the $2500 is moot. Even video guy indicated same.
In addition if Granger and the others pull forward their 2024 allocations then your chance of getting a 2024, at least from them, is probably even worse than 2023.

You are right but it's the hand we are dealt. I believe @Zach@Granger will do everything he can to end this nightmare for his customers and take all the forward allocations he can get. I think 400 would be a generous estimate.

You have until 3/7/2023 to make changes and get the $2500.

Hmmmm. If I understood my dealer today. P2 means you’re gonna be built. Ask your dealer

I'm not sure they will let you add it at this point.

I don’t think this is Right?

the email from my Dealership did not state anything about this.
Per Tim Bartz's live stream tonight, you must get rid of all three to qualify. Also, you cannot got from 4 door to 2 door. I think 2 door WT may be able to shift into another 2 door (no Lux or Sasquatch). Wildtrak is a huge constraint. Ford can make 15% of its production as WT, but 27% of its current orders are WT. That's why WT is mentioned specifically.

That’s what happens when Ford adds Hoss 3.0 to ONLY the Wildtrak model. Everybody and their brother now wants that model over the others.

This. Granger told me if I don't change my order accordingly I will have a "slim" chance of getting a truck. I am #21 at Granger as of the last list published. Un-Fucking-Real. I already nixed Lux. That was by choice. I can consider SAS dropping. But I cannot abide the 4 door. Just cannot. I guess I will adjust what I can and gamble.

I suppose I can scour lots for a 2DR that fits my bill and pray they would do MSRP and perhaps I can pull in my PP. That is about as good as it's going to get from my viewpoint.
Whether ot not you can get a WT through them is a big question. If you switch to Badlands or OBX (According to Tim Bartz) you should be able to qualify and stick with the 2-door. My order is for the 4-door, so I can't switch to the two door. The 2-door on 33s is a pretty nice setup.

Also, Ford is going to allow dealers like Granger to pull in some of their MY2024 allocation into 2023 to help get the backlog cleaned up.
