It's probably worth waiting to hear from Ford if the MIC constraint is strictly 4 door or not. I don't see how they could claim you need to drop it if you have a 2 door order and there is no other option. Are the people getting emails from their dealer about changing their order 2 door orders or 4 door? It would be interesting to get some stats to figure out. Though the generic message makes it sound like all MIC tops, it could be misinterpreted.

It seems unlikely the MIC issue applies to 2 Door.

If the Town & Country numbers can be believed, Ford is capable of producing 17% of all manufactured Broncos as 2D; if the MIC issue applied to 2D then that number would be 0%. I know the T&C video got taken down but I think that’s because they totally botched their interpretation of the numbers not the numbers themselves.

And can we stop talking about Ford selling BesTop tops. I highly doubt BesTop can make them in sufficient quantity to be a supplier to FoMoCo.

It's a 2dr top so it's worthless until Ford starts selling soft top 2drs.

Thanks it was worth a try. Plan to move back to Montana (Billings area) next year and I'm worried about freezing my ass off with the soft top. I've looked at a couple of soft top insulated headliners that might help.

I assume the MY transition offer is the first and second options. If you got pushed to 2024 you'd miss out on both offers. At least, that is the way I read it.

Glad I switched to a four door and removed the hard top for a soft top now. I probably still wouldn’t have my Bronco if I hadn’t done that.
