I also installed this on my OBX. If I recall if you have a lighted mirror then you should be fine since there is power there already.

I installed this on my OBX as well and yes if you have a lighted mirror it is plug and play, very easy installation.

I just slipped my remote over the windshield trim and viola it's in basically the same place, out of site, and free.
Look for one off a Nissan. Mine was from an Altima and only had 3 wires. 1 negative, 1 positive for Homelink and 1 positive for auto dimming. Hooked both positives to the keyed power and it works perfect. Took me about 20 minutes and looks totally stock.

I had installed a similar older-style Gentex Homelink/ auto dim mirror. Found two issues: one, its larger size did occasionally bump against the shroud for the FCW sensor, and two, the auto dim function never quite worked well enough in my vehicle. Front sensor certainly saw it was dark outside, but the Sasq's tire and already-dim interior meant the rear-facing sensor didn't see enough light to auto-dim.
Biggest issue I hit was when we had to replace a garage door opener two weeks ago. Turns out there are newer versions of Homelink that don't play nicely with newer LiftMaster/ Chamberlain/ Craftsman lifts, and mine didn't have it. That rendered it pretty much pointless...
Wound up finding a great deal on a Chamberlain ARQ mirror, a manual-dimming mirror that works with these newer lifts, and is sized/ shaped closer to the OE mirror, and doesn't require any power wiring...
