help clarifying how the math will work out.
I meet the Group A requirements for 2 door Badlands 2023 PP.
Is the $825 for the modular HD bumper included in or in addition to the $3,425?

Ford said i have a price protection of $800 and private offer of $2750. (they gave me the numbers associated with both) Total $3550.

Bronco at the dealership, waiting for the dealer to talk with Sales Rep (who is on vacation until Jan 3, 2023.
Should be Group A MY 23 Pvt Offer but only getting MY22 Protection (Program ID#38406 instead of Program ID #38644). Everything I have read online on the Ford FAQs states that I should be in Group A = $3620, but dealer only sees the #38406 = $825.
Everyone at the Ford Marketing Customer Support agrees that I should get the PP of $3620, but no one knows how to make it happen. They continue tell me the dealership should make some kind of change to my reservation to add the #38644.
Running out of options at this point, no one at Ford seems to know how to add the correct certificate for the MY23 #38644.

Maybe get Ford Support and your dealer all on the same call to sort this out. Shouldn't be this painful.

Sounds like Ford is not honoring their word. Regardless if it is "up to my dealership", they are not handling their end by giving them the tools and proper resources to get this done.
Think it is time to make a big fuss on the social media accounts. Put some pressure on them to follow through.

Bronco has been delivered and I could not hold out at the dealership any longer to take delivery.
I am told they will still honor any rebate I receive, but....
I have already spoken to the Marketing team on multiple occasions as well as the Social Media Team. Neither are any help other than to tell us to do the same steps we have been doing. Dealer contact their Zone Reps, to contact C&I....
Zone Reps don't know what to do and are bombarded and no longer responding.
Think it is time to make a big fuss on the social media accounts. Put some pressure on them to follow through.

I’m a reservation holder and have a 2022 Badlands order that I converted to a 2023 order. I’m not confident it’s coming anytime soon.
I recently came across a dealer selling a new ‘23 similar to my order at MSRP.
Does anyone know if my price protection offer only applies to my original converted order, or could I apply it to any new 2023 purchase? It would not be at the same dealer.

Confirm with the new dealer that my certificate is available? I don’t even have a scheduled production date on my order.
The discount is tied to your name, not the Bronco you ordered. Therefore, you should be able to apply your pp to any new 2023 Bronco.
One of the dealers should be able to find it by doing a search for your name.

It shouldn't matter. You can call Ford Marketing or the dealer that you ordered through and they should be able to see any certificates / offers that are currently in the system for you.
My '23 Badlands was built the week prior to Christmas (12/19/22 Blend). I called Ford and they showed my order as a '23 order on 9/9/2022 rather than a '22 to '23 conversion and not eligible for the PP. I called my ordering dealer and was told that they have seen this issue already and that the Ford Regional Rep was involved as it could not possibly have been a '23 order on September 9th, 2022. If that date sounds familiar to anyone it is because that is the date that the existing orders were flipped in Ford's Database waiting on a confirmation from the dealer and the customer verification form. Also changes made to things like the yellow to black as yellow was no longer available in a '23. The other item of "proof" is that the '23 order has the same order # as my '22 which was placed in Nov of 2021. My dealer said they are working to resolve it and hopefully they do by the end of Jan since 1/28 is my expected delivery date!
Does anyone have information on said program Program ID# 38644 expiring January 3rd, today? If so, whats the new program? Has it been announced?
Just got off the phone with the marketing team. Looks like my private offer now expires April 3rd. Makes sense being next quarter. All the other numbers for the program stayed the same.

Question for those who have received their 2023 Bronco’s with price protection. Was the certificate applied to the pre tax price or did you pay tax on the full amount and receive the rebate after? Thanks!
