oh one more thing, my dealer experience was overall good, but they did try telling me there was no price protection certificate available in smart vincent and that i didnt qualify for price protection. I told them hold on let me call ford marketing team and after about 10 minutes on the phone with them they said you sure do have price protection and read me off a certificate number to give my dealer. Sure enough dealer checked the number in their system and i received a $3400 rebate on the purchase price, no reimbursement needed just straight up deducted from the MSRP. I was glad i was vigilent and double checked with Ford.

Maybe we are on the same train lol. I just got that same update as well. Hopefully it's a quick ride with fast stops.

Your detailed info on the stops your railcar took (and the timing) has been making this train ride a little easier. It would have been more stressful had I been completely in the dark, so thanks!

Since yours is coming to Houston to I wanted to share some research I found on the forum. Apparently the locations that we get from CSX will update more frequently once it leaves Gibson, IL. It was funny because when I called 2 hours ago it was in Joliet, IL like yours. Called again about 5mins ago and now it's in Toluca, IL. Here is a comment from another who ordered in Texas a while back that tracked it numerous times throughout the day until it reaches his location. Here is that thread.

From another thread... It stays in Chicago for days. Im in San Antonio and now on a Union Pacific track, still in Chicago. Had a few days of the same status. Below is the other thread....

For anyone tracking their shipment to Texas, the following from a post in the 1/24 build week group is really helpful. Mine was delivered to the Blue Island Interchange today so I at least know where my bronco is in the process.

Cool glad it was helpful. After I receive mine I’m going to create a photo book and include a map to show the journey from Michigan.
