The rail transport just seems to add another level of frustration and requires even more patience. I am so glad I live within the three state rule where my truck was Convoy not rail, my dealer is 7 miles from the TN state line which would have made it 4 states. Not pointing that out to be a dick but I really feel for you guys on rail delivery, just getting built is more than enough of a test in patience. Good luck

Congrats on yours being shipped. My Wildtrack was also ordered through Mac Haik Ford in Houston, build date on 12/13, and has been “awaiting shipment” ever since. Estimated shipping dates are 1/1-1/7 but no “shipped” update on the trackers or email. I called Ford Marketing and there are no holds. I’m hoping since mine was built earlier that it might arrive at the same time.

Hello all, I was given a rail car number of BNSF303132 by Customer Service via Ford Chat. Can't get a location from CSX automated line, called multiple times "can't locate rail car" with that number. Just checking to see if anyone else here has been given that rail car number? Shipping dates have been bumped according to Ford email updates 2 or 3 times (can't remember exactly).

None of us were given a railcar that starts with BSNF. Most of ours have started with TTGX.

Then you get to the cargo transporter portion of your frustration. The last leg is the most frustrating as there is no way to track it.

Did you check the tracking thread? Doesn't it have a different way to track for BNSF? I don't think it's CSX you should be calling.

I just wish Ford would correct their false statement on tracker website that says the arranging shipment “step could take a few days TO a week.” It’s been over three weeks for me and four for you.

I had a blend date of 11/14 and STILL awaiting shipment. There is no end in sight. Complete insanity @fordmotorcompany

oh one more thing, my dealer experience was overall good, but they did try telling me there was no price protection certificate available in smart vincent and that i didnt qualify for price protection. I told them hold on let me call ford marketing team and after about 10 minutes on the phone with them they said you sure do have price protection and read me off a certificate number to give my dealer. Sure enough dealer checked the number in their system and i received a $3400 rebate on the purchase price, no reimbursement needed just straight up deducted from the MSRP. I was glad i was vigilent and double checked with Ford.

I also have noticed that CSX updates their system a few hours later.

Just got a new CSX update. My railcar departed Joliet, IL today @ 4:26 PM. No ETA available.

Edit: I'm hoping this particular departure means the next stop will be Fort Madison, IA.
