Mine said the same thing last night. I drove up in the dealership this morning on my way to work, and low and behold it came in sometime late yesterday afternoon. Our salesman called my wife to tell her they were doing the dealer prep today. We have an appointment Thursday to pick it up...
I drove through the dealership like a creeper today to see if ours showed up and didn’t see it, but when I checked the pizza tracker around 6pm it had changed from ship to final preparation. Hopefully that means it was on the lot and just in the back somewhere or it will be delivered tomorrow...
It it makes anyone feel better, mine arrived last Tuesday in Pearland to the railyard, but still hasn't made it's way to the dealer yet. I'm in the same boat as @scottfwalter. It is right down the road, just not where it needs to be.
@Ewebster if yours is in DFW now, I would expect it to be in...
that
Thanks! I guess we’ll call today and see about this. Was hoping to be signing paperwork today, but no bronco at the dealer yet. Been sitting in Pearland since Tuesday night. Oh well, what’s a few more days.
If I remember correctly once you get past Ft. Madison it is almost non stop to DFW area, so hopefully you'll start seeing movement soon. It was 6 days from Illinois to Houston once it started moving. Shipped email came on 12/17 and it didn't leave from Chicago until 12/29.
Our Bronco confirmed shipped 12/17. It arrived at what I am understanding from @Ewebster is it's final rail destination today. Best case, it will be at the dealer on Friday, but likely sometime next week.
It sat from 12/24-12/29 there. That could’ve been due to Christmas, so if you can measure...
Awesome, thanks for that info. Guess I'm done tracking for now. I'll just have to drive through the dealership and look for it lol.
There were no real significant delays once it got on BNSF. I think it did spend almost 24 hours in the DFW area, but other than that it was moving most of the time.
We'll see if it's any better/worse in the Houston area. Ours arrived in Pearland, Tx this morning around 2:30am. It left Clearing on 12/29, so it moved down here very quickly. What I don't know is if it will stay on the railcar and be brought to North Houston to Unload, or if it will be...
My understanding is that CSX only operates east of this Mississippi River. Clearing is a main rail hub where they switch the cars from CSX to a different line. Mine left MAP on CSX, switched to Union Pacific in Chicago, and then somewhere it ended up on a BNSF train.
Press 1 for tracking.
When it ask for rail car initial use your keypad TTGX = 81814192
Then use your keypad to enter railcar number
When it ask for the next car number say done.
I found this much easier than trying to talk to their system.
When I check location on mine this afternoon it had...
