Officially got bummed to Jan 15th-21st per Ford. CSX estimates my rail car to land at its destination on the 11th so that seems right on. Cutting it close to my finance rate lock ending on the 20th, it’ll be a nail biter. Hopefully it doesn’t sit at the yard too long but I know others have so I’m trying to stay realistic obviously. Good news was Ford confirmed for me this morning the Private Offers were extended into April, which checks up with the theory that they only last every quarter. So don’t worry about those anymore! Here’s to lots of Broncos having movement while the plant is still closed

Dude people have gotten the call from their dealer that said come get it. Without anything on the tracker. I just wish I knew where it was. Chat isn't a help, neither is phoning. If the rail yard does not scan the vehicle the status does not update.. I think I am going to send them a message on the ford Instagram, another member had a small amount of luck just understanding where it is. All I can say is I am a month in on being shipped. And I have not heard an update since Dec 4,2022!

A lot of us are in your same boat. Blend 12/1, shipped 12/5… delivery window keeps getting pushed back (4 times now). Current window is 1/6-1/12 but no rail car number, so I am certain that will get pushed again until the rail car is available.

Dealer confirmed the Bronco arrived yesterday. During the QC inspection they found the plastic bash guards were installed instead of the steel bash guards on our order. They’ve already ordered the steel guards so we just have to wait the couple days for the swap and then should finally be all good. Glad they were thorough enough to check that because I may not have noticed right away. Can’t wait to put eyes on it myself but for up to this point, if the only hiccup is the bash guards, then I have nothing to complain about!

Edit to add, they did say we could come pick it up today and bring it back when the bash guards arrive in a day or so. They’re 2 hours away so we are fine with waiting to do it all at once. I’m sure some others would still go pick it up though, very tempting!

My ETA just got bumped for the third or fourth time to 1/6 -1/12 but I'm pretty sure that despite a blend date of 11/29 and a build date of 12/1 that my bronco is still sitting in Michigan for no good reason that I can discern. This thing is hell bent on arriving after the passage of the two year mark since ordering. And Ford of course has nothing to say about it.

Got this response from my dealer today, pretty damn frustrating.
Keeps saying “not sure if it’ll be here by Christmas, we’ll see”… EDD changes, “may be here before the new year” etc.
If he knew they’re supposedly closed, why say that before? It’s ok not to know! I get it. But don’t bullshit me. I hate that I’m not an idiot.

Now crickets.

They really seem to depend on good reviews from the customer. Let them know how you feel when the survey comes. Won’t help you much, but may make a difference for someone else down the line.

Finally have rail car tracking info. Called, went through the prompts, and said cannot confirm status. Ummm, what now?

That's at least a step in the right direction. I just checked with Ford Chat. Still no rail car information which means the god damn thing is still in Michigan 32 days after being built.

Happened to me for a little bit early on probably just means vehicle was loaded into the rail car but the train has not yet picked it up for it to start its journey. Mine sat loaded in the rail car 3 days for reference before the train grabbed it and it was scanned.

My delivery got bumped to 01/12 - 01/18. Built 11/30. Currently in Ohio, next ETA is 01/07 to Chicago via rail.

I'm just happy to see movement at this point, knowing that it could still get stuck somewhere along it's rail journey.

1/15 - 1/21? Holy crap man. I called ford today and I got bumped 1/5 - 1/11......... No rail info though so, Looks like I am on the three hour tour.
