So called chat today for any updates. Nothing has changed of course. My Bronco is still sitting in Michigan, shipped 12/3/22. I expressed my disappointment with how this is all playing out. I was given a number for the New Vehicle Support Team. 1-800-334-4375. Said they would have more details on why it’s still in Michigan. What a joke…I was told the exact thing chat told me. They have no idea why it’s still there, but check back in a week for any update.

Same situation. Blend date was scheduled 12/1, actually happened 12/2, rolled off production and released for shipping 12/3, still sitting in the middle of a field in MI. Delivery date has been pushed 3 times. No one can say why! All the while, my dealer had on built 2 days earlier on the lot 3 weeks ago. My sales rep has his own sitting in the rail yard for 2 months, went on a rail car a week ago and is still sitting there for the last week.

I spoke to a salesperson in my dealership. She told me that there is a person who scans the vehicles at the rail yard. This is how we get the new dates that are complete BS. E.g. my first tentative was 12/21 - 12/27, then the vehicle was scanned, and my new tentative is 12/30 - 1/5. it's an automated process. The next update should be when it goes to rail; it will be scanned then the railcar will be uploaded so Ford can send it to the dealers. When My car gets scanned again, it will be another week away. I am in Virginia - She said when it hits the rail, it's about three weeks. I will start looking at used TESLA model Y's..... with the prices coming down, at least I can save on gas.

Well Ford told me the rail head was closed. So I am hopeful that in our early new year, ford unfU*ks themselves and gets all of our Bronco's shipped.

I’m my own worst enemy.
I got bored and figured I’d check the United Road tracking app for the hell of it…for the thousandth time. My Bronco’s status is still listed as “pending pickup”. No surprise, I wasn’t expecting any movement anyway.
Though this time, instead of simply checking “Current Shipments” (where my truck has been since well before Christmas), I take a look at the “Delivered” tab.
This shows what vehicles have been actually delivered to the dealership I am going through. To my surprise 2 Broncos were delivered there on Dec. 28th, so I kinda smile and think “good for them, they got their trucks”.
Then the cynical side of me comes out and I look at the last 3 digits of the VINs and head on over to my dealer’s website.
To my dismay, the exact 2 Broncos that were delivered last week are now in their “new car” inventory.
Possibly the orderers both changed their minds? Take all that time to spec out 2 Wildtraks just to walk?
Ford wouldn’t just ship dealer inventory ahead of a waiting Reservation would they????
I hate this. I hate it sooo much.

Use 62522373# instead, that is those letters in the digital code and mine has allowed me to type those in instead of trying to get the machine to understand you. Just make sure you use the #
