Still waiting for it to show “Shipped”.After almost 2 weeks of no updates, the tracker now shows Built 12/26, and arranging shipping. I know I have to give it at least another two weeks for delivery though.

Mine did the same thing. Went down into Ohio and back up to Chicago. Last status when I called to track was it arrived in Chicago 12/24 and no movement since then. I think CSX is only east of the Mississippi River, so it must get picked up by one of the other rail lines to come to Texas.CSX says Willard, OH on 12.23 and Chicago on 12.31. Sounds kind of awkward for a delivery to Texas..... ????
I got a $100 gift card. My guess is it depends on the rep you get and the nature of the call. Didn't get the gift card the first two times I called as I was just checking on status. My third call was about the erroneous info I received from Ford chat reps on multiple occasions. I was given a case number and offered the e-certificate, which is good for Ford merchandise (t-shirts, backpacks, mugs, etc.)Did anyone else get $100 gift card from ford? When I called today they sent me 1 for my inconvenience of having to wait. It is the first thing they have given me.
Yeah just got off my flight from Orlando and the TSA line there literally ran back to a whole new terminal. It was a hour and a half wait to get through TSA. Ended up paying for the $189 Clear TSA fast pass so that I wouldn't miss my flight. Ridiculous.well just got home from the craziest Christmas trip ever lol. I was able to complete travel during the storm but,,,,,city i live in had a temp of 50 degress 4 pm thursday & windchill of -20 Friday am, flight was cancelled then rebooked flight was delayed 4 times, airlines left bags in Nashville on the way to Toronto, bags showed up 3 days later, my parents had over 3 ft of snow, they live 800 miles north of me and temp was 20 degrees warmer, Toronto airport had a fire hose valve burst and flooded 3 gates, bags got left in Charlotte on the way home and all I really hoped was my bronco was ready when I got home. No emails from Ford(or my dealer) but pizza tracker says it's at the dealer. Will find out tomorrow
vid of busted fire hose valve and luggage disaster for entertainment
Yeah, just checked mine and it says the same thing. The tracker is super behind.Just checked the Ford tracker, and it finally updated from "In Production" to "Built" with 12/27/2022 date. Yea!
The format and Ford tractors all screwed up and I have an ETA of January 16, but still in production on the tractor…I'm glad to see some folks have positive news - the pizza tracker still shows in production and it's supposed to be delivered today
Nope, that my tracker still shows in production. The funny thing is the tracker doesn’t seem to be built right and the pizza cutters are not aligned properly. So I believe that something is wrong with the way my tracker populated.Yeah, just checked mine and it says the same thing. The tracker is super behind.
The date is weird though. Why would they tag it as Built on 12/27 if the factory was closed that day. Are the reported status dates accurate, or is this just the status change processing (like batch jobs) running late, e.g. my Bronco was really "Built" before Christmas, but they just now ran the job that updated the status to reflect that and it tagged it with the date the job was run. Who knows.Yeah, just checked mine and it says the same thing. The tracker is super behind.
Nope, no email yet. But I called Ford and they said it has a ETA of 1/15 - 1/21. Hope it sticks. The date is weird though. Why would they tag it as Built on 12/27 if the factory was closed that day. Did you get an associated "Built" email? I haven't. Not yet, anyway.
So I wonder for those vehicles that are already built, will they still get shipped during the closure or will we have to wait as well.Still on chip hold since 12/23. Was hoping some of the repair people were still there working. Guess nothing going to happen until they return on 1/9/23
Anybody else getting this on the ford pass app? My bronco still says in production.
