The shops have never installed one and don’t want to. Same with the dealerships
It’s literally the easiest thing to install. Read the instructions and walk them through it. Tell them you can even install it yourself and have them just invoice you for it. 😂

That was quick! Lol
Make sure to post a review in the other thread we have once you've got the tune installed. We'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

Thanks again!

Haven't gotten my Bronco yet but I want this. Will it work on a 23 model?

Do you know if the bronco will be able to be flashed by the whipple tuner if later down the road I want more power than what the ford tune will give me?

You could have it flashed back to OEM using the Ford Procal then going to Whipple. That would be my suggestion.

I don't believe Whipple will be making any changes to their cal. I've been running the Whipple cal on our First Edition for about a year now and the truck runs great. Not a single issue with it.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with in the meantime.

As of now the ford tune kit is sold by the CA dealership, but they can’t do the work? Not sure if this violates the warranty
Apparently the tune knows your vin so I don't think anyone can install the tune on a 22 with a vin registered in CA.

Hey All!

Ford Performance just released their Performance Calibrations for the 2021+ Ford Bronco’s 2.7L Models, as well as 2.3L models! These calibrations have some impressive gains and most importantly, are backed by a 3 Year / 36K Mile Warranty!

FP BRONCO CAL.png

While raising the overall performance of the engine, they are also capable of :
  • 433 lb.ft. TQ at 3,500 RPM (2.7L)
  • 355 HP at 5,500 RPM (2.7L)
  • Changing the tire size up to 37" (Updated)
  • Changing the axle ratio up to 5.38. (Updated)
  • Optimizing transmission shift schedule .
  • Improving throttle response throughout entire RPM range.

Each kit includes the M-12655-F ProCal 4 delivery tool and everything you would need to have it calibrated.

It is CARB Approved (E.O. #: D-431-4) for 2021MY vehicles, but 49-state approved with 2022MY vehicles.

As mentioned, the kit is eligible for a 3 year/36k mile warranty from new vehicle in-service when installed by a Ford dealer or ASE/Red Seal certified technician .

Of course, with this calibration, Premium fuel is required!

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out with any of us here at Lethal Performance!

*** UPDATE ***

You can now :
- Change axle/FDU ratio up to 5.38 !
- Upgrade the M190 to the M210 front drive unit by reconfiguring DLCM module

With the allowance of calibration up to a 5.38 gear ratio and up to a 37" BFG 37x12.5R17 KO2 (579 revolutions per mile, this allows for more flexibility when correcting speedometers.

With the addition of reconfiguring for different drive unit, Base models can now upgrade to the front differential with a locker (M210) and unlock full usability without computer fault.

We're excited to see what comes next from Ford Performance on these!

I was doing the 2.7l tune and it asked me on the screen if I changed anything on my front end. I said know I just have a Big Bend SAS stock with upgraded front bumper, winch and 6100 shock. No is correct right?

Also, what does this mean? I noticed I have a DCLM tune that loaded. Is this something I want to do? What is a M190 vs M210 and does the tune upgrade to it or is it an actual part that installs then you do the tune?

  • Enables upgrade of M190 to M210 front drive unit by reconfiguring DLCM module
